Such honest and wonderful people! I came here to change my battery and they opened my watch and told me the battery was fine. It only needed realignment. They did not even charge me. I insisted and they refused. I appreciated their kindness and honesty.

Overall service is top notch! I came just to have a chain repaired and they still treated as I had just bought 100k dollar chain. They did repair the chain and even had it cleaned. Gave it to me looking a millions times better. There show rooms are also amazing with huge selections.

This was my first time investing in 21k gold jewelry. I found this place on tiktok/instagram, I live in far north Fort Worth and drove a hour to visit and i absolutely do not regret it! AJ and his daughter was so sweet, kind & patient. He had educated me and my boyfriend on good quality jewelry as well. I had damaged my ring right after I purchased it ? and AJ had Darrel make/customize a new one for me which was absolutely so sweet I had a amazing experience here and pray this business keeps flourishing. ?? I will be back!!

I had a very specific request for a custom made necklace & Elite Jewelers patiently listened to all the things I wanted in my pendant ( I am maybe too picky ) and they did it perfectly ! They silver plated my Authentic Roman coin & hand crafted a 14k gold trim for it. I am beyond happy that i also was able to sell my old gold & use it towards the new purchase. Yay !

I'm in love with my ring! I first came into Elite Jewelers unsure of the style I wanted. Amir was incredibly helpful and walked me through all of my options. He was patient and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. I couldn't be happier with the ring he designed for me. It's more beautiful than I ever imagined!

Every time I visit this store, I find new pieces that I end up liking and purchasing. The whole team is very kind, caring and sweet. They pay close attention to details and they really make sure you are happy with what you purchased before leaving!

I was dying to get my wedding ring fixed, but I didn't have the funds for a year. I reached out to a couple of shops for quotes and Elite came back with the most reasonable price. Finally, 2 months after the quote I was able to go in and drop off my ring. They realized a little more work was needed than originally thought. Ok, no problem. He went back and got a quote for the extra work. We agreed and I left. A couple of days later, I realized I had made a mistake. I had thought he meant $x amount for the entire work, but saw that it was $x amount plus $originalquote. When I was contacted for ring pick up, I addressed the issue. They were so kind and said they would bring it down as much as possible to the original quoted price. Now, even though they couldn't do a whole lot to bring the price down, the fact that the effort was made and everyone was so kind was worth every penny. My ring looks fantastic, y'all! Better than new! They also offered to clean for me anytime and I am beyond blessed to have worked with these wonderful people! Go to Elite if you would like to work with kind hearted and quality people!
