My husband travels for work more frequently lately. I drop him off early 730 when they open. Good service and nice cars. Picking him up is another story. Very tiny lot inches off busy Central expy. Evenings it is very crowded and chaotic. Pro tip. Now I pick him up OUT BACK on Bishop Ave.

Over the weekend, I booked a reservation to rent a car. While initially, they said they won't pick up, i requested for a pick up and finally they agreed. Richard, who's 82 years young, picked me up from the Hotel.
The pick up process was quite smooth - just that it took some time. I was allotted a Nissan Sedan. However the Bluetooth dint work properly in that and hence i requested for an alternate or an upgrade. Finally they upgraded me to a Hyundai Kona.
The drop off process was also quite smooth and Nas helped me facilitate that. (However, there was no option to drop off the vehicle at Airport)
Thanks Team for making this a decent experience.

Needed to update this as I have rented many times from this location. Recently, Nas and Jalon took great care of me. I always get top notch service here and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend using this location for your rental car needs.

I rarely rent cars, so I wasn’t looking forward to the process. I was so happy with the service I received. I arrived Friday right before closing and they were busy. Despite this, they were patient and professional with each customer. I witnessed two of the associates handling “delicate situations” and they handled them with patience and grace. They answered all of the customers many questions very professionally. I was very impressed. Especially with the Assiciate that helped me. (His first name started with a J). This location is a distance from my home, but I’ll return if I ever need another car. Thanks for exceptional service.

Returned a vehicle at this location and they wanted to charge me more than what’s written in the contract claiming they told me that the car they provided to me was more expensive verbally. Verbally, seriously?
Had to fight them for 30 minutes just to return a vehicle. Bad customer service trying to charge me on a regular SUV claiming it’s a premium car.

I am writing this review waiting at the store. I have checked in and all payments were made. It’s been nearly an hour and i still don’t have the car. I have rented several times with enterprise at different locations but this one was terrible such a long wait time. I am not sure what’s really happening.

Most reckless and useless staff ever.
I have made the reservation and called them right before 10 minutes and then said to come, after I go there they said no cars, these people are most arrogant and irresponsible people ever.
Not sure whether enterprise is paying them or not.

I was provided service here on March 2, 2025 and my experience was EXCEPTIONAL. Unfortunately BUT FORTUNATELY, the previous day, I had encountered a poor experience with one of Enterprise’s rental car company competitors that led me to booking a rental with Enterprise. And I’m SO grateful to God that I did. The customer service here at the Richardson location was TOP-NOTCH. Yes, their inventory was low on that day. HOWEVER, NAS (the Enterprise associate that serviced me) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that I had a vehicle that I felt safe and comfortable driving for travel. He was VERY much accommodating to the clientele present. He phoned their other store locations to secure vehicles there for rental for us who had pre-booked, and even provided shuttle for us to their other store location. (There were 3 of us at the time waiting for reserved vehicles). Unfortunately, the vehicle that was said to be available for me at their other store location was not, due to a mechanical concern. However, NAS ensured me that he would not give up and that he would indeed find a vehicle for me. And that is EXACTLY what he did. He was very much so accommodating, and I would recommend he and this location for your vehicle rental needs.
