The CD player in my car’s stereo went bad. No aftermarket would work. With some very easy effort I took it out of my Prius, shipped it to Factory Repair Services and for a fraction of the time and cost of having a new unit installed, I got mine repaired.

Took my jeep to repair a radio that the cd would never eject. Just bought the jeep and they said they would pay to repair. It was a $400.00 repair. Told they go out often. Took it here and they said they put a new one in it. Drove away and the very next day it was doing the same thing. Took it back and he said he would look at it. Drove away and it worked till I got home the next day. It was a very long drive. It had a 6 month warranty to. So, I called him and he had a horrible attitude. He said he repaired it the 2second time I brought it back he fixed it free. It had only been a month or so. He said if I came back with a better attitude he would look at it. Still under my warranty. After that phone call I would never go back. Bought new radio and it works great. Bad experience.

The Mark Levinson amp died in my Lexus and I found out that this company repaired it 10 months ago. When I contacted them, they said they can’t do anything about it since I’m not the person who got it serviced with them. I understand their warranty is not transferable but to charge another $825 to repair an amp they fixed 10 months ago seems outrageous. Seems like this company does not stand behind their work at all.

2 years ago my car’s windows busted out from a bad storm here in Dallas and my car had a ton of water in it and ruined my radio unit in my 2011 ford escape. I never got around to getting it fixed. Finally I did some research and just needed the absolute BASIC fix without any upgrades etc. I couldn't find a shop in Dallas that wasn't going to charge me an arm and a leg to get it fixed or try to replace it all together and cost me more money etc.Found this place and took a chance on it, not knowing if it was going to resolve the issue. They sent my damaged radio unit off and they found a ton of water damage, got it repaired, installed and now it works like new! I finally have sound in my car again after 2 years. Very happy with the outcome here.

I was referred here by a stereo shop that couldn’t help me with my navigation issue. 2008 Highlander and the map dvd wouldn’t reload. Dealer wanted to replace…bs. Astin was honest and great and his repair man was excellent in getting me in and out in an hour after taking out the nav unit, repairing and reinstalling cleanly. Respect to shops that repair and not just look to replace.

This place was recommended by another shop as a source for repair of my Cadillac CUE screen (very common issue that the dealer wants $1,200+ to fix if out of warranty). These types of repair is all this family owned business does, and they probably have parts in stock if it's a common problem like mine. The waiting room is small, but I had an appointment and they got it completed in less than an hour, so I only had to watch a couple of YouTube videos on my phone, and I was done. Professional service by friendly staff, what more could you want? If
