Update 8/11/24: My family had to stop coming here because they no longer have evening & weekend hours.
Previous review: I’ve been coming here for years (pre-pandemic), and I haven’t stopped. Today, they helped me kill the worst migraine of my life. Top-notch staff— I highly recommend ? If you need medical attention (and it’s not an emergency), DEFINITELY GO HERE!!! I CAN’T RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!!!

Dr. Livengood was fantastic. She genuinely cared for us and attended to every need we had. She also referred us to the right care for our baby’s future. We highly recommend this place to anyone at any time. Dr. Livengood is experienced and talented.

Son was diagnosed out-of-state with a neurological issue resulting from Mono. Dr. Livengood assessed him and wrote prescriptions for PT & OT and offered a referral for a local Neurologist. This was more than his lifelong pediatrician was willing to do. Can’t thank her enough. We will be back.

Dr. Livengood was amazing and recommended IV fluids, which I didn’t even know I could get at the clinic. Then, Robert was fantastic at putting in my IV…I barely even felt it.
Great medical care and bedside manners by all I met! I will definitely be telling my neighbors and friends to use them. They have so many services above and beyond just helping you when you’re sick with a cold.

I hate to leave a bad review. But it's a no for me. I miss FastER this place seems to now be geared to more cosmetic procedures. I found the provider to be dismissive of my symptoms. I won't be back.

First.
Don't expect any medical service especially if urn get. I was in severe pain when I went there hoping to get some medical help. I was asked to use Mylanta and Gas-X. I went home and used Mylanta and Gas -X but the pain got worse. I want back an hour later and ask for a pain medicine. I was told they can't prescribe pain medicine!!
I decided to go to ER at BaylorS&W hospital.I was charged $135 for the visit which is my copay for ER visit. No problem.
Second.
This urgent clinic charged me $150 for the visit and I did not pay attention to my insurance because I was in pain. The next day I checked my insurance and realized that my copay is only $40. I want back to talk to them about that. They said they don't have a contract with that insurance's plan. I asked why you did not say that yesterday so I can go to another facility. The lady who was not working last night said "I don't know" and she refused to pay back the extra $110 they charged me!!. I told her I will dispute the amount charged to my CC because to me this was a SCAM! Which I will for sure do.

I suddenly received a $200 dollar bill today. Apparently I was out of network, and the front desk never told me after running my insurance card.
Avoid at all costs.

Dr was very thorough and took her time and genuinely cared. The staff was kind and helpful as well. Love the updates to the office as well.

Do not waste your time. Yes, they upgraded the place and it looks nice. But their focus is on people’s BMI, not sickness. I read a couple of other reviews of them not helping people that are sick. Same thing for me, a woman doctor acted like I was stupid and just had a common cold. She was very condescending and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. If you are sick, go to Care Now or a place that has compassion and knows how to talk to people.

Dr. Livengood is back with a brand new, beautiful facility! Now offering medical weight loss and soon to offer primary care. They have a monthly semaglutide and tirzepatide program that is the best priced in town. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and they take all major insurances.

Did not receive right diagnosis and treatment , I had been sick with Cough/cold and fever from 5 days, they just measured my vitals at that moment(was feeling better since I got out of the house) and did not address real concerns, when I asked for flu/covid test - they did the flu test and said COVID test wasn’t available and asked me to come the next day. When my dry cough wasn’t stopping I took the Covid test at home the same evening and I was tested positive. Beyond the treatment I was prescribed a kids cough syrup just for the sake of it. I went to this urgent care expecting better treatment, very disappointed.

Wow! What an excellent experience. Dr. Teodora Livengood did a thorough assessment, listened to my concerns, and provided excellent care. I will be recommending this place to all my family and friends! I am so pleased with my experience here. The checkin process was easy, and the medical assistant was also so kind and gracious. 10/10.
