Don't know the guy's name but it says assistant manager on his badge very rude very careless and was not careful with my packages that I needed to send to my friends that guy should either be demoted or fired!

This morning there was one guy working. I patiently waited for him to finish helping another customer. This guy was not friendly or helpful. Very short with words, not nice at all, I did not even finish with what I came for. I will just visit another location. Rude people make me uncomfortable.

This RENNER location in RICHARDSON TX is consistently rude no matter who you’re talking to. The two women and the guy. It’s really too bad. As a business owner I can use the service. City line is a nice area, but these 3 people working at this location must hate their job.

Damir was amazing! He was incredibly accommodating and took the time to double-check my shipping address when he noticed I hadn’t paid close attention. His attention to detail saved me from a potential mistake! On top of that, he was empathetic about my impulsive purchase and had a great sense of humor. I could see that he and his team work really well together, creating a positive and efficient environment. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolute disaster with this store. Especially the store manager Kristine, I would avoid her at all costs.Not only they made me wait but at the end they asked me for the id that wasn’t even necessary and never been asked on other stores.

Manager Kristine was really great, kudos to her. She looked at my order and added the right touches to make it look very professional. Postcard sized print job was easy to order online, ready as promised, 5 stars all the way.
