I've been here 2 times and been helped by the same guy (going off another review that gave him 1 star 😠I think it's Chris. Older white dude). Both times he was super nice and helpful to me and the other guest. Took care of everything quickly and made sure everything was good to go. The other gentleman in the store did not know English but the guy was very patient with him nonetheless and used a translator. A+ customer service.

Very helpful
I had to print a shipping label and the guy was very cool.
He passed me a card with their email on it for where to send it to.
(*You just got to be by the door and have your WiFi off for it to send.)
Super cool and helpful guy!

Quoted one price for a print job, then tried to charge double that when I went to pick up the job. Offered 10% off, then made me waste an hour of my time resubmitting the design through their web site to honor the original price. Lied about trying to call me about the price change (no missed call, no voicemail), and it’s not even a lie that made sense. Even if they had tried to get in touch with me, they’d just go ahead at double the price with no sign-off from the customer?
Go here if you like being lied to and if you’re a fan of bait-and-switch. Otherwise, there’s an Alphagraphics not far away.

Racist asian people ?
I came here to print documents today ( March 1st )
There 2 workers , one guy and one lady. I was print 1st documents so smooth with out help at print and go section. Then the 2nd one I need help cause the printer screen show Error and Load Paper. So I had to come to counter ask for help , the guy was so nich and said he will be there to help me , and he asked the lady come to help me cause I busy at the counter. 1 minute later she came with Freaking RUDE and RACIST me. She was so attitude , then another customer came in ( white lady ) and the lady at Fedex was happy to help her even the customer didnt neex help ????

I strongly suggest removing the rude and unhelpful manager from any customer-facing role. On multiple occasions, she has shown a complete lack of customer service skills, making interactions frustrating and unwelcoming. My recent experience dropping off a package was no different—her dismissive attitude made it clear that assisting customers is not a priority. This location is now one I will avoid.

Fed Ex is the best handler on time, box in great shape, great tracking and this locations is great! UPS on the other hand has let me down time and time again, missed deliveries, bad tracking beat up boxes. Fed Ex cares about what they do!

The manager and John gave me the business in a good way. He knew as soon as I walked in was because UPS lost my packages. They were having a good time and the manager help me setup an account. I will work with this crew moving forward.

As of the time of my review, this is the BEST FedEx Office, bar none, and damn have they saved my arse 3 different times now.

I had a prejudiced interaction with a worker named Chris. He was curt, didn't make eye contact, and literally overlooked me to help other white customers who came in after me, while I waited for him to reluctantly help me.
