Gia is the reason
When I called she was very professional and knowledgeable. Had a 30K service due on my truck.
When I went into the store to drop off my truck, she was dealing with another customer and could see her knowledge and professionalism on display with that customer and she did acknowledge me while speaking to the other customer. She was friendly and had a smile on her face. The next day my wife took her vehicle for a state inspection. Good employees are a rare find in my opinion and Gia has the tools that should be rewarded. If her aspirations are to advance in the company, I am sure she will.

Had apt 10am got truck back at 2:30 for a simple alignment. Got in truck and the steering wheel is no longer straight called back for them to fix and they said they don’t have expertise to fix it… don’t recommend this place. They could’ve told me before dropping it off.

Gia was excellent from the second she picked up the phone all the way through every aspect of the service. We've been exclusively going to Park Place Porsche Dallas off Lemmon Ave for the Panamera for years and will now be switching to Firestone, because of Gia. We would recommend going out of your way to this Firestone location, just to work with Gia.

I went for a change oil, and they also told me that I need to change my tires, I accepted because they told me that the tires were so bad. At the moment to pickup the car it had a sound in the motor so I went again to the store explaining what happened with that because it didn’t have that sound!! They told me that it was a another thing ( but when I had the car it didn’t have the sound). I tried to figure out with them but there was a black girl and she was laughing all the time!!! Don’t go there they just want to STEAL your money!!!!
