DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! You must need to be there monitoring your order because they can't read the order ticket right. My husband and I both got wrong orders, mine was full of raw onion instead of diced tomatoes. I tried to pick around but after the third bite of raw onion I gagged. I hate raw onion which is why I didn't order it. Also the salsa is awful, watery and bland. Very disappointed in our very over priced food experience. We won't be ordering here again.

Excessively overpriced and yet they keep increasing the price while their quality tanks. A few years ago, Freebirds was the best, now they’re just posers putting up this best friends garage front while trying to push their burritos as high end like you’re at Whole Foods. The quality of their burritos went down by at least 50% between the meat quality and the portion, I’m trying to avoid mentioning how the rice and beans are always undercooked but I can’t, so how in the world does that equate to $14+ for a not-so-monster burrito? If you’re not paying your employees $14/hr you better not be having them make burritos that cost that much because they’re not going to care about any kind of quality. You’re not Chipotle, they’re gross, stop trying to downgrade and upcharge at the same time.

The family taco kit is a joke! It only fed like two people abd the food was undercooked and tasteless! The manager gave us 3 free burritos for a future visit but for what we paid for it's just no comparison.

Are all the locations this great. Went on with co-worker. The manager had us laughing. Didn't know about the brisket or the beyond meat for my co-worker. Great clean facility and FRESH FOOD

Unorganized... couldn't get online orders out or figure out how to prioritize them. There was a long line of people waiting for their online orders. When some of them started questioning what was taking so long one of the workers who might have been the manager removed his mask and started explaining very loudly spraying the food with his droplets...awesome...food wasn't bad though

This was the first time in a long time I've eaten at Freebirds, and it was amazing. First of all the staff were super friendly, and the steak burrito I had was fresh and full of flavor. In case you are like I was don't wait to try this location!

The place is pretty much the standard Freebirds experience, with all of the current social distancing condition, of course. I finally tried the beyond meat substitute. It is a bit more tough than the standard Beyond meat that you find in the stores and cook yourself. It had a little something extra, chickpeas added to it for extra protein. It comes out pretty good with your standard fixings on the burrito.

Rice in my burrito and the chips for my queso were so undercooked that I really couldn't even finish the meal. Really sad, Freebirds is one of my all time favorite places but I will not be going to this location again.

Went in for quick bite. The place was well lit CLEAN and the food looked very fresh. Staff was wiping down ad they made my bowl. Well oiled machine. Definitely will be back

Spectacular food, but very little concern for sanitation during Covid-19. Second week in a row that I've eaten there on a Sunday afternoon, and the tables had clearly not been wiped down in awhile. Drink area is also clearly dirty. Probably not coming back for the foreseeable future.

How are you gonna charge so much for steak and and my burrito barely have steak. Never coming again, meat portions are terrible. My burrito is mostly beans and rice. My 2 other friends say the same thing. I ordered online and it said it would be ready on 10 min. Went there and it wasn’t ready. They’re really slow. Also during all this COVID stuff I tried calling to the dude that was already outside to see if he could check if my food was ready, looked back and proceeded to run back into the store and ignore me. Bad service , bad food, even their website is bad. Their whole customer service is inefficient.

Love Freebirds. Just love the product. Came to Richardson to let my son see his College, UTD. Stopped in for lunch after. Worst experience at a Freebirds ever. Very poor service. No food cooked. When I asked for something to be cooked, eye roll. Last time in this place. Is there negative stars?

Stopped here today to pick up lunch. There was only steak cooked, ready to go. They also didn't have veggies cooked and ready to go. They didn't seem to care that they were out of everything. When i asked for items that cost extra nothing was said, but asked for extra cheese as the amount was small and she said "it will cost more for that" when I went to put out it was going to be $12 bowl due to other up charges I wasn't told about. The bowl was less than half full. If it had looked like a full bowl I probably wouldn't have cared. But since the service was poor, food quality wasn't the best I left. This used to be one of my favorite places.

Allergic to sour cream. Got a sour cream filled burrito and the management is arguing with me and saying that’s exactly what i ordered. Missing pico salsa, quest, AND DOUBLE MEAT. They just made what they wanted to. Got so tired of arguing with him over a $25 order i just hung up. Ended up with two fantas for $25 pretty much. Do better.

Ordered thru app and show up at time specified it would be ready. Wait 20 minutes after that to get order. 4 other customers come in while I'm waiting for my order and get theirs while I wait for mine. What's the point in ordering online if I can just show up and get it quicker? Why are online orders 2nd class or behind all in person orders? Love the food, hate the service.

The employees were taking off their masks and eating behind the counters not wearing gloves and not washing their hands after. In addition to that our food came out cold and very under portioned. The staff was rude and apathetic. It was clear they didn't want to be there and honestly, neither did I.

I used to think Fuzzy's was the best burrito around, but I am slowly changing my opinion. This place is quicker to get the order correct and tightly packed burrito. I am a huge fan.

Went to this location today approx 6pm. I was the only one in the store for a pickup order. Absolutely rude! There were 2 women behind the counter who never greeted me as I walked in. 1 had pink, blue hair blend. I told them the name of pickup. They never acknowledged or gave any time frame of when order would be ready. They continued to talk to each other as they worked. I went to sit on a chair. After I sitting for approx 10 minutes I was handed the order. I said Thank you (crickets) I moved my phone aways from my ear to again say Thank you so much loudly to the woman so she would know I was taking to her. She never said a word. I will not be back. Wrong climate to be this rude.

I come to this location often and have always had good experiences, excellent customer service. Unfortunately, today I had a bad experience. During lunchtime, my brothers and I decided to stop at Freebirds, which I understand is kind of hectic with the lunch rush. As we order I noticed the person attending to us immediately ask what we wanted in a rather aggressive manner. and continued to rush my brothers and me. You could tell he seemed rather aggravated and we couldn't tell why. he acted as though we were a nuisance, we left it at that and never complained. although it left a sour taste in our mouths as we no longer had an appetite because we felt disrespected for no reason. I will return but it'll be some time before I do.

In this time of fake health crisis and real constitutional crisis, it was nice to get back into Freebird's (even though they're being forced to mark some tables as "off-limits"). The food was great! We'll be back!

The guy who made mine and my boyfriends food today was incredibly disrespectful. He went out of his way to flirt with me through the line and made me extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, who flirts with someone (while working) when their boyfriend is standing right next to them. Disgusting. If you’re a woman, 10/10 hit another free birds.

COVID19 update Went in to pick up supper for me and my son. Told them I had two orders. They took one order all they way to the end. Then I had to go back to start over. I was bumped by another order and then bumped again by the guy who was behind me in line. No explanation, no apology. Come on man! Talk to the customer.
