I have lived at Galatyn Station for the past 3 years and I love my home! Management is great and my favorite assistant property manager Kristina is so helpful and informative. Of course there are policies to follow (on time rent payment, trash disposal, etc.) and penalties for non compliance, but that keeps the complex orderly and maintains the beautiful standard of living I’ve become accustomed to. I’ve lived in other complexes but this is my favorite by far.

My encounter with Kristina was fantastic! She was really supportive and addressed all of my inquiries while I was looking for an apartment. Please ask to speak with Kristina if you ever visit Galatyn Station. She is honest and shows concern.

Living here has been a constant disappointment, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Despite paying premium rent, the experience has been stressful and uncomfortable due to several recurring issues.
Harassment and Profiling from Staff: The leasing office, particularly staff member Kristina, is unprofessional and disrespectful towards tenants. It feels like they are more interested in profiling and harassing tenants than actually helping with our needs. It’s disheartening to feel unwelcome in a place you call home.
Fire Alarm Disruptions: Be prepared for countless sleepless nights, especially during the winter. The fire alarm goes off regularly, often without cause, and there is no quick resolution. It’s incredibly disruptive, and management doesn’t seem to prioritize fixing the issue.
Unreliable Elevators: The elevator here rarely works, and the downtime is extensive. If you live on a higher floor, it’s a significant inconvenience, especially with groceries or if you have mobility concerns.
Parking Issues: Parking is always full, and despite repeated complaints, nothing has been done to address this. Many of us have to park far from the building, which is frustrating and unsafe at times, especially late at night.
Unresponsive Leasing Staff: The leasing office staff, unfortunately, is unhelpful. It’s clear they’re not interested in tenant satisfaction, and getting assistance feels like pulling teeth.
Unexpected Fees for Paying Rent On Time: To make matters worse, they regularly slap on unexpected fees—up to $200—for simply paying rent on time. It’s a shocking and unfair policy that feels like they’re taking advantage of tenants rather than supporting them.
Gym Equipment Constantly Broken: The gym could be a great amenity, but the equipment is constantly broken or in disrepair. Management seems in no rush to fix it, making it essentially unusable for residents who pay for this as part of their rent.
Common Doors That Won't Open with Provided Keys: Common doors around the complex, which should open with the keys provided, are often dysfunctional. It’s frustrating to be locked out of amenities or other areas of the complex because the keys don't work as they should.
Overall, Galatyn Station has potential and great location, but lacks the necessary management and customer service to make it a good place to live. If you’re looking for a hassle-free living experience, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I have lived here since August 2024. I love it. I remember when I came to see the place I loved how clean and well lit the halls were. Then when I was shown my apartment. I fell in love. They are so nice and spacious. My closet is amazing! I can walk out at night and the area is so quiet and safe. The pool is also a nice amenity. The gym and spin cycle room don’t hurt either. The staff is always so helpful. Kristina has been a pleasure to work with since day one. She is always so friendly and responsive to my needs. She made the application process so easy. I am so glad I chose to live here. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

As a long time resident, I have seen many changes around here, including the property management company changing twice. I can honestly say, Kairoi Management has been the best. I feel like they genuinely care about their residents as well as the property. There has been an amazing makeover to the community. Vanessa and Kristina have been working diligently to get this community up to the standards for which we pay for, and I greatly appreciate them for that. And let’s not forget the maintenance staff. They have always been amazing! Humberto has always been great and Junior was a great addition to the maintenance team!

I have been living here for two weeks and I am very impressed with the quality of service. I would like to highlight the professionalism of the Leasing Office team (Kristina and Vanessa) and the Maintenance team (Junior and Humberto), who are extremely friendly and dedicated. The application process was smooth, and the issues identified during the move-in inspection were resolved quickly and efficiently. The amenities are working perfectly, the cleanliness is good, the apartment is spacious, and the location is excellent. I highly recommend it!

Vanessa is extremely unprofessional; gave me the wrong towing company and left me on hold for 10 minutes until I called back and asked for the address of the towing company — which was a completely different one than the one she initially told me. Has an extreme attitude toward residents who are obviously annoyed in having to pay $300 for parking when they were previously registered. Extremely unprofessional behavior from the office, get a grip.

Kristina said she registered my vehicle and then towed my vehicle. Thankfully I got proof of everything. Lawsuit is currently underway, bunch of idiots think they can get away with this.

Location is okay at best. If you love being woken up by the lovely fire alarm and climbing up multiple flights of stairs because the elevator stays broken this is the place for you! Do you love finding diapers in the stairwell your package already opened then come on and move in!
Last update 7/17- Elevator still has yet to be fixed parking is a nightmare now and seem as nothing is being done and I’ve heard even if your car is registered it can be booted/towed
Did not renew. New property management team is really letting this place go. Things are broken/busted no sense of urgency of getting things fixed. They did add tile to the entrance ??? new builds are move available and closer to downtown with better amenities. Glad to be leaving!
Update as of 5/7- Fire alarm situation has been fixed. Elevator still has yet to be fixed but they have put signs up for the service elevator that leads to the very back end of the complex. If you want to have a backrooms experience come and see for yourself.
Gym is nice
The game room and mail room are still being constructed which seems like forever but we shall see if they get done before my lease is up. Stay tuned ?
