Super rude woman working the counter. Ridiculous.
The options suck. The store layout is bonkers too. There is a giant pole right in the middle of the selection of games. Makes no sense. Cost me a forty dollars in Uber to learn never to come here again.

One of the nicer Gamestop locations, and the girl behind the counter was as sweet as could be. Usually it's some nerd with an attitude at other locations, not this one.

They actually had some of the games I was looking for used at this location. Spiderman 2, Dead Rising Remaster, & Resident Evil 4. I just refuse to spend $70 on games. The staff here was also great! They didn't try and upsell me, or ask me to subscribe to this and that, or try to sell me a warranty. Probably not what their bosses want to hear, but for a CX that has largely quit going to Gamestop cause of their practices and other issues I have with them. It was a nice experience.

Just called in the too long ago the worker was male over the phone was extremely rude and sarcastic! Got on my nerves when i was asking questions about a Ps5 making me feel dumb.

Buying a new console is supposed to be a happy occasion. I work long and hard to try to afford something that is a luxury and something that I will enjoy for years. Today I had the worst experience ever buying a brand new console for myself. The moment I mentioned I was going to try to buy a brand new PlayStation 5 I was met with resistance and with the person behind the counter constantly making me feel it would be a better choice if I bought a used refurbished console. When I further declined they continue to persuade me. I stood my ground and when I decided not to buy the warranty they continued to list all of the reasons why I would be a good idea to get the warranty. They went so far as to mention our power grid issues. Then when I decided not to buy any games. They insinuated that I was just going to just download games and then continued to spout conspiracies about the fact that gaming companies are allowing games to disappear from online stores. Every single second of this transaction, I was met with resistance. Resistance for not buying their used console, resistance for not buying their warranty, resistance for not buying any games in the store. GameStop has lost my business forever.

Was having some serious issues with my console and Taylor at GameStop helped put my mind at ease by working with me to return and upgrade my system. Will absolutely keep coming back to this location for his customer service alone.

Very dishonest employee said I have to buy a GameStop pro membership before he can sell me a PlayStation Portal. He said that is the only way he can sell it to me because the item is very in demand and it prevent scalpers.
Nothing he said was true.
I simply left and bought the item at target across the street. I wonder how many pro memberships he deceived people into purchasing.
Very unethical, very dishonest and I’m very disappointed.
