David, the president of GeoShack reached out and has made things more than right. He is even coming to our location to train us on the software. What he has done speaks volume to his character and commitment to customer satisfaction.
We bought survey equipment from GeoShack 3 years ago. Used it for about a year and since then it’s been sitting. We have another project coming up so we went back to them to get new software on our equipment.
We dropped it off in May and were finally able to pick it up in August. But we don’t have new software. My employees and I spoke to Andrew Toebe many times over the course of the months with many many broken promises.
I ended up buying a new version of the software from MicroSurvey because no matter what Andrew said it was all just smoke and mirrors.
I will say they give great customer service when you spend $40k on equipment but when you need help with it you are on your own!
