It has taken me years to find a trustworthy repair shop, and I can confidently say that German Motors is the best. They recently worked on my Mercedes, and I was impressed by the knowledge and integrity of the management and technicians. They genuinely have your best interests at heart!
What I particularly appreciated was their transparent pricing. They provided a detailed price list for parts and even showed me the cost at which they were acquiring the parts—essentially at no markup. You only pay for the parts at cost, plus labor. While their labor rates are slightly higher than some competitors, the exceptional service and expertise of their technicians make it worth it.
When it comes to foreign cars, it's crucial to differentiate between price and true cost. Thanks to the skill set of these technicians, I was able to pay a fair price for my service instead of opting for a cheaper shop that might have caused further issues down the road.
Do yourself a favor and take your car to German Motor Works; they’ll get it right the first time!

I keep German Motor works in my contacts like family. Off and on for over the past 15 years I’ve had several European cars, and I will not trust service of my vehicle to anyone but German Motor Works! In today’s world when customer service is on the decline German Motor Works only gets better! 5 stars plus all around and a special thanks to the young men in the office who recently helped me. In today’s society when good customer service is so rare especially with the younger generation it was soooo refreshing to deal with knowledgeable, respectful and professionally young men. Thanks again guys.
