I’ve been coming to this GNC location for years. I’ve seen plenty staff come and go. Most recent were the younger guys. They were great with customer service and communication. They were always pleasant and polite. GNC has also always honored my military discount - since day 1, which I really appreciate. Lately I’ve been buying from this location and the new guy David is not very customer service friendly. I purchased 4 ghost energy drinks and he says my military discount can’t be used on only 4 drinks. Since when??? I will not be going back to GNC. I can buy almost everything I need on Amazon anyway. Stopping here was convenient for me but I’ll pass. Thanks, David.

Awesome store! Always has TONS of Ghost supplements! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. David was great! Never have a bad time here and always get great deals! Good location!!!

Sign on the door said “be back in 15 minutes.” They didn’t come back in the 40 minutes I waited there. Won’t be coming back.

I went in for a particular supplement, purchased it, and left. I opened the package and found that there were only 27 tablets instead of 90. Also there was some odd residue on them. When i opened it the factory seal was intact. This was a GNC branded product. I went back to the store to return it. The young man working there told me he wasn't trained to return things and I would have to come back later when the manager was in. I returned three hours later and still no manager. I left my number. He never called back. This store seems to be poorly operated if you can't even return something due to untrained employees running the store alone.

Very bothered by this location. I went in the store to get 1 thing and the associate started adding things for me to buy without asking me. I went the next day to return the item bc i didn’t want it and she pressured me into buying it. When she asked if i wanted to exchange it for anything she said, “oh, it’s cause you have no money, got it” who says that? Her name was kirsten. this was my first time going in and never going back.

Conveniently located to a gym a regularly go to, went in for the first time today, and didn't bother the associate because I already know what I wanted and what my budget was, I get to the register and simply ask what the return policy is, and the response I get is, "if you don't like that one, I'll show you the one I recommend". 40 points towards my account? What account? You didn't ask me for my name. I just looked up and said thanks. No, they never answered my question about the refund policy. The one you recommend? For what? I didn't ask for recommendations, I asked for a return policy. That's all. Why couldn't this person just answer the question Instead of giving me a condescending look? Pathetic customer service.
