Our oven went out, it's 30 yrs old so just replace it. I looked on line at Lowes and Home Depot to get an idea what they cost then headed to Gold Star. Gold Star beat their prices by quite a bit. We were told it would take a month to get our stuff in. I get a call today, less than 2 was after we bought them and all our stuff is ready to pick up. Can't do much better.

We have purchased kitchen and laundry appliances from Goldstar for 20+ years. They have a great variety of appliances available and are sincere in wanting to make their customers happy. They also have great prices compared to big box stores. Strongly recommend these guys and especially RJ. BB

Highly recommend Gold Star. This team really got the job done for me. With all the supply chain issues I've faced while building my home I felt like I dropped the ball on ordering appliances soon enough. I worked with Garrett and he was very honest with me on ETA's (which I appreciate because I have been in circles with ETAs on housing materials. I prefer people just shoot straight with me from the beginning) I wasn't able to get every unit before I needed it, but Garrett and his manager went above and beyond to get me what I needed as soon as they could, and they were up front with me from the beginning. They even found alternate units as back ups in case I needed something quicker to pass my inspection. If an ETA changed they let me know and I understood the changes considering this industry right now. (You can't even buy a new vehicle without pre ordering... it's ridiculous) These guys really did a stand up job. All my appliances look great, installation went well, and every time I call the store I hear a human voice on the end of the line. Can't beat that these days. Garrett even called me after hours to notify me of a delay on a unit. I appreciate their time and efforts, it's no easy job relaying changing information but they got it done and it all went smooth. Good job, I will be sending over all my friends.

Wow what an easy experience. We walked in, no pressure sales, picked out our 2 appliances, had our questions answered, and they were able to get our order in a few days because they had what I wanted (Cafe fridge and dish washer) in stock so we pulled the trigger. Everything was smooth, delivered as promised, and the installation guys made sure everything was installed and working perfectly before leaving.I will never shop for appliances at department or big box stores ever again. Definitely coming back when I need appliances or fixtures again.

Difficult install on the 2nd floor up 2-turn staircase in a new house. Our problem was to find a certified Sub-Zero dealer (they tend to be careful) that could also apply some creative problem solving.After being told “it cannot be done” by 3 other dealers, Goldstar came up with a very clever solution involving two staircase jigs. It took 90 minutes, and some ad-hoc improvisation, but they got it done.The builder’s cabinet was not built correctly, and so forth and so on, all problems solved.This is one of the most impressive deliveries we’ve ever seen.Goldstar is a great combination of brains and brawn.

I purchased a Viking dishwasher in May 2019. After less than 3 years, it is now headed to the junkyard. This is the 2nd Viking dishwasher that I have had to replace...the 1st being installed in July 2013. While Viking does make quality appliances, dishwashers are not among them! Goldstar Distributors may not be directly accountable for the quality of this product, they did the marketing, selling and install of this dishwasher.

Purchased this 500.00 GE microwave in 2019 because it was 200.00 cheaper than online. We are remodeling a home and have kept it safe in our garage with the matching double oven we also purchased at Goldstar. This week we finally opened the box and the entire longitudinal axis of the microwave is destroyed. It looks like somewhere along the way someone destroyed it w by stacking a bunch of other things on it or was destroyed by a forklift. Gold star wasn’t willing to help with any sort of exchange or refund the delivery charge of 150.00 so that we can purchase the microwave which is now 700.00 at a big box retail store. The manager even accused us of damaging it ourselves. I would highly recommend just purchasing GE appliances from a reputable/known place so that in the long run you save yourself the possibility of a headache down the road. If you do purchase from here, you need to open your boxes. Shame on us for assuming that something in a box would be in good condition.

I purchased a new double oven from Gold Star distributors recently. The oven was installed and about 10 minutes after the installers left the entire oven went black. I called the office the next day and told them the situation and asked for the installers to return. I was told the installers were very experienced and it must be something in my electrical. After talking to them they said they would try to find someone to come out and look at the situation, but again it must be my electrical. After a few days when I called back I was told that a repair person was scheduled to come in 10 days. After being told twice it must be my electrical, I called an electrician to examine the situation. They inspected and determined that wires at the back of the oven were disconnected. they simply had to connect the wires and the oven has worked ever since. They told me they had done this type of call behind Gold Star before where the wires were poorly connected. Since Gold Star told me it was electrical and actually it was the fault of the installers-I sent the bill to Gold Star and have never been paid. Not happy and will not return.

They honestly have so much business you'll have to chase them down to check on your order and give them your money. After 3 months, I finally just asked for a refund and they weren't bothered a bit. They must be doing something right to be so busy. Before anyone replies to this and blames Covid and the supply chain...your phone and email should be working fine.
