I love BBQ, and I love trying new places. However, I ordered 1/4 lb. of brisket on a Sunday afternoon and was very disappointed. I got crusty, dry pieces of overcooked meat with a little bit of flavorful brisket. The sides were fine, but, overall, it was a disappointing meal. This is a trendy-Wendy eatery in a business park that really doesn't need to be good at BBQ to attract their customers.

I ordered 1/2 lb chopped brisket, Mac & Cheese and coleslaw. This was the BEST brisket I have had in a while!! I am picky about my coleslaw.. this was AMAZING. The Mac & Cheese was cheesy, creamy and warm ?. *And the cornbread muffin - OMG!! Wait there is more … I recommend the Peach Blossom drink. It was so good; I drank 2.*When our food was brought to the table, the waitstaff informed us the cornbread muffins were almost done cooking. They would bring to us when they were done. I did not mind the wait. Nothing like eating a warm muffin ?

Hard to choose where to try your first taste of BBQ when visiting Texas for the first time with so many options. I am glad I chose Good Union and I would choose them over again as well.Went here straight from the airport for lunch and was excited to try it. Location is in a nice area good parking options. Sat at the bar and enjoyed a Moscow Mule that was crafted to perfection by the bartender. She recommended some excellent options and after some reviewing of the menu I went with her recommendation on the Brisket and Bacon Stacker Sandwich with a side of Mac and cheese. I heard the onion rings were a must so a sandwich stacked with an onion ring was a must. The brisket on the sandwich was the absolute best I have ever had. The sandwich was stacked to perfection with the bacon and additional fixings. The onion ring was fantastic. I would definitely not miss trying a basket of those on my next visit. And a good BBQ place has to have amazing Mac and cheese, and they had just that. Amazing side to a great sandwich.I would make this a must stop for locals, travelers, or a business meet. I can’t wait to get back and try some more.

Great food, great service, always a smiling face, and although I don't dine in very often, the atmosphere is still very comfortable.

Overall very good...atmosphere was dead yesterday due to the arctic blast in the area. Salad was delicious...the Lady Liberty I believe... the jalapeños muffin was to die for and the balsamic dressing was excellent.Parking: Parking deck next door

My friend and I have tried every BBQ place in the wide area. One year ago weloved the brisket, but hated the ribs. We tried it again a year later and now we hated both items. The ribs, again, are a copycat of McRibs, and this time the brisket was dry and had no bark. Easily one of the worst brisket we've tried. The burnt ends were good, though.Safe to say that we are not giving it another try.
