I was diagnosed with sleep apnea at first getting my machine they was very helpful but once I got my machine home I was not only having one issue after another with it but they stoped being helpful my dog got ahold of the tube I tried to reach out for over two months trying to get intouch with someone to get a replacement tube and not only could I not reach anyone even after I have left countless messages so I finally just stopped trying so then they started harassing me by sending someone out to my parents home and my house saying the need it back cuz I haven’t used it in a couple months Wich I get I’m supposed to use but how can I use it if they didn’t give an extra tube and when I try to a replacement o one will answer there phones I do not recommend them I will be just taking it back to them calling my insurance company and filing a complaint as well and let them fix it but plz don’t use them if u want to live

Jeff was my trainer for my CPAP today. He was clear, concise, and patient with all our questions. The office staff was efficient and friendly. I felt very comfortable with everyone who worked for the company. Thank you for a good experience with what could be an intimidating process.

Concierge service. Adapt took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company, preconfigured the machine to the Rx, and walked me through using it completely. Additionally, they will handle ordering replacement items moving forward.
Abrianna was fantastic, on-time, and knowledgeable.
