I am new to Texas and was referred to come here. I was very scared at first as to what expect. I got eyebrow threading and and a tint by Ag. She was very nice and she did my eyebrows just the way I liked. I was so happy I even got some eye lashes. This is my new go to place. The prices are really good too!

Very unsatisfied yesterday. The worker got upset with me because I did not want her to thread my eyebrows. I told her several time I only wanted wax. She took her anger out on me by pouncing my face when removing wax serum around my eye brow, which was very painful and forceful. After done my eyebrows was very uneven. I wouldn’t refer anyone to this place.

Went there for back massage. The massage was fine but what was supposed to be 25 mins massage was only for actual 12-13 mins. She cut it super short and felt rushed. She tried to upsell an hour long massage. I won’t return as I felt cheated.

I come for Anjali she works Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Consistent and still leaves my eyebrows full !!

.i usually go to the Heena salon in Carrollton but as I was in Irving and the one in Richardson was closer . I go in and the place was empty . an employee , not sure of her name was readily available to thread my eyebrows . when she was done . I was not at all impressed with the finishing results . as she threaded the end of one of my eyebrows off , made one eyebrow thinner . so the request I made after she showed me the final results she denied and told me no because it would be thinner then the other side . considering she had already thinned one eyebrow . if I could rate the service it wouldn’t even get 1 star from me . WILL NEVER RETURN TO RICHARDSON LOCATION

I went there for threading and I think it was the owner it's the older lady that usually sits up front she did my threading and she nicked me in so many places that didn't have hair,
I will never use her again!!!
and she had the lady that was cleaning up to do my tent on my eyebrows, like who does that?
never again!!!!

The staff was arguing to the point I just wanted to get up and leave. I usually use Yasim and she is normally nice and respectful but yesterday was weird. Her and I think the owner and 2 other women were arguing. I think she was flustered because they were arguing with her. She over charged me for a heena tattoo on 1 hand saying my hand is big. I think I have an average hand for an adult.

I’ve been using Stella for over 15 yrs to do my wax she is great and does a wonderful job! The owner is less then to be desired if you ask for Cosmetologist by name that’s who I want to do my wax not anyone else the owner will disregard your request and send you to someone else! No respect for personal privacy if you want the same person doing your bikini then that’s what I should receive I don’t care to open my legs for every cosmetologists in there to do my wax!

Owner is mean and maybe racist. Overcharged me for brows and told me I needed to come earlier to get my brows done. Smh. Go elsewhere where you money is worth paying and you are respected.
