This is the only place Uber rentals can go to for help. It's a 40 minute drive and they don't answer phone. So, I HAVE to go in person for help. Just came down on a Saturday to find they won't help Uber on the weekend. The guy I just talked to couldn't seem to care less about answering my questions. He didn't want to deal with it. They need to be more helpful for customers but I don't think they care overall.

Terrible customer service. I walk in. The guy sitting behind his computer was not cordial, welcoming, and had few people skills. I would never recommend ANYONE to visit that location.

11/24/2025 - Mr. Parker and his team is amazing and I thank him and his team for their A+++ and 5 STAR Customer care experience. Clean and excellent vehicles delivered on time. Pickup and Drop off was a breeze. Highly Experienced and professional staff who will go above and beyond to get you what you need. Delwin at this Hertz location is extraordinary and is a real professional. I highly recommend Hertz at this location to friends and family for your next business or leisure experiences. Absolutely will be renting again for holidays and vacation. Thank you Mr. Parker for making our mini vacation a memorable one!!

I rented a car through the Uber program and they did a bait and switch on me. I reserved a Tesla and I end up with something completely different that doesn’t even qualify for the same rides I was doing in my vehicle and now I called them to try to replace the vehicle because it needs maintenance probably an oil change and the steering wheel shakes when I try to slow down and they keep forwarding me to voicemail. Do not rent from this Hertz go somewhere else!

If I could give a 0 I would… this place is horrible… absolutely disgusting and don’t recommend… if you are doing the uber thing… I did it for almost 2 months and let me tell you it was a nightmare to work with these people… absolute worst thing I’ve experienced in a while… the place and the people are just incompetent… I know coming from someone that had to do uber for work means nothing but it is horrible…. I’m reporting to the BBB this place deserves to be shut down… I get better customer service at the DMV

They Repowed my car last night on the 3rd day of a one week rental with my wallet and cash,debit cards, kids backpack and Ipad and now cant Even locate my car because
It's friday And the GPS is not working to find it.So I have to wait three days without any money to contact them on monday to find out where my car is at. I just signed this new lease and lost out on my $262/weekly rating Because.
They screwed up and put a repo on my last vehicle as well.Because there was an open ticket on some tires that needed to be replaced . Now, I\nJust got this new one I had to make a new contact on for $300.A week. I'm losing money and can I uber this weekand I know they will not make it up to me. They told me to call around all the tow trucks in dallas and try to find it If I want my wallet sooner. They also told me I do not owe anything until four more day I am current as paid up And they do not know how this has happened when I talk to them on the phone and they're very sorry, but still have to wait till Monday with no vehicle and no money.

You cant call them they will not answer. You have to go in person. Each visit is an hour or more. They put a hold on my rental after I spent all day getting it serviced. So I have to go back and waste another hour. If you decide to replace a battery on your own to save time, you will not be reimbursed . I spent 276.00. instead wait the 2 hours then another 4 at pep boys with voucher. They will give you another number to call and say it's not their problem. After calling you will be told it has to be at the rental location. Nobody wants to take responsibility. They will put a hold on your car if you bother them with emails. The email will state it needs maintenance but it's because someone put a hold . Power tripping. Abuse of authority over your vehicle. Make you waste hours at location for nothing just to take the hold off

The young men at the Richardson location on North Central Expressway are exceptional! They always go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of and satisfied with my vehicle. Because of their exceptional customer care I always choose this location.
