This company is great, I have been going here for years and the service is excellent! I've even sent my mother to them just because the trust I have in their ability and integrity, its top notch! My mother, she is also a big fan of their service. The excellent customer service is above all! I never doubt their ability to complete the repairs and now my son is driving and this is the place that I trust for his auto care too. Replaced one of my head lights with the complete wrong head light. They are still not functional. Getting them to order the proper part has been a customer service nightmare, Ahmad could not care less. He is extremely rude when this hole ordeal is their fault.
I am left with one working head light, as it was when I came in. I am still going back and forth with them to get my money back.
They also lied about the price when I called for a quote and tried to over charge me.

A few of my friends recommended this auto shop to me, and I’m so glad they did! I was looking for a reasonable price since everywhere else was overcharging. I had an issue with my steering wheel, and unbelievably, they fixed it for a great price. I was so happy to save so much money!
I met the owner, Ahmed ,such a humble, nice, and friendly guy. I had already heard great things about him from my friends, and now I can see why. You can trust this auto shop completely , they’ll take great care of your car. 100% recommended!

Terrible experience! The owner himself was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. He treated me with zero respect and even lied during our conversation. I would never trust this place again. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop completely — there are many other honest and respectful mechanics out there.

I had such a great experience here! They did an excellent job fixing my car, and anytime I noticed anything, they were quick to take care of it with no hassle and at no extra cost. The manager is very friendly and always kept me updated on what was going on with my car, which I really appreciated. The whole team is energetic, positive, and provides outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely continue bringing my car here for service — highly recommend!

I went in for a recall on electrical for my air bag deployment, then my car key lock and unlock buttons didn’t work. They offered $200+ to fix so I said no.

THE BEST AUTO MECHANIC SHOP EVER. I discovered Hi Five many years ago when I stopped in on for an oil change on a whim. It was the FIRST time EVER that at the end of my oil change I was NOT approached by the mechanic to explain to me about air filters and other add ons. That sealed it for me. I have used Hi Five ever since for all numbers of services and have recommended them to everyone. They have never jerked me nor my friends/family around. They're honest, work quickly, the pricing is so reasonable, they communicate well, and they only address the necessary issues. I have even brought them parts I bought online and asked them to use that part during service. Some of the times, they are able to differently diagnose the problem, properly fix it for cheaper than I planned, and gave me the opportunity to return my unneeded parts.
Word of advice: just be humble, friendly, give them your trust, and they will take THE BEST care of you and your car.

Recently had my car checked by them and they were honest and gave reasonable prices for parts and labor. I will definitely return to them for any future repairs for my car! Highly recommend them.

This garage has always taken care of my car. They treat you like a friend and do the right thing!
They tell you the truth about what is wrong with your car and don't overcharge you for fixing it.
I find it quite refreshing in this day and age to find mechanics who actually fix your car the first time.
Anytime I have an issue, I take my car there first and have recommended them several times.
