Tim, Cynthia and their crew have helped us out of several jams. The most notable being when our studio had a fire and we lost all of our PCs. The Infassure crew quickly built new ones, got the OS and software loaded and got us back in business at another location in amazing time. Their quick action limited the amount of time we were down and enabled us to focus on serving our customers very soon after the fire. I highly recommend Infassure!

Very professional. The technicians did a very clean installation and reassuring me that all areas will be covered with the suggested equipment. They explain all the features in place when the job was completed. I will always have them install my security equipment in all our facilities in the future.

Very disappointed and frustrated. We hired Infassure to install a new camera system for our business 2016. Installation went smooth and the folks were nice. However, I have made several attempts by calling and emailing to have someone from support guide us through some technical issues we are having and have gotten no response. We are willing to pay for the help so I have a difficult time understanding why we cannot get the help we need. I reached out to our sales guy on 1/28 for assistance and he said someone would be in touch, but it's 2/15 and no contact has been made. I give up.
