This is a prime example of a company with (0) regards for customers, After many many calls to Patrick by me and my wife for wheelchair over many many months! Still waiting... One of the worst companies in the market!

Patrick Henderson will start a process with you then ignore you. With no return phones calls. This is bad business for a medical supply company. If you don't want to supply medical supplies then just say that. Unprofessional!!!
