This is a prime example of a company with (0) regards for customers, After many many calls to Patrick by me and my wife for wheelchair over many many months! Still waiting... One of the worst companies in the market!

DO NOT HIRE Or Do any business with Patrick Henderson at Karma Medical. This man knowingly and willfully provided a quadriplegic young man a inadequate power chair and committed Medicare fraud by receiving money for a power chair Suitable for my son but he delivered a loner/temporary chair and has went ghost. His chair has caused pressure wounds on my son and Patrick hasn’t responded to him nor myself after we Threaten him to file complaints with the ombudsman, state department of Health and Human Services, department of aging and disability, as well as a district attorney

Patrick Henderson the owner is committing Medicare fraud. He knowingly and purposely provided the wrong wheelchair to pocket the funds and refused to provide the proper power chair for my grandson who is suffering from pressure soars from not being able to do a pressure relief. When performing a pressure relief the chair toppled over and he has spinal cord injuries and is suffering from the wrong chair her was provided. Patrick promised to replace the wheelchair and has gone ghost

Patrick Henderson will start a process with you then ignore you. With no return phones calls. This is bad business for a medical supply company. If you don't want to supply medical supplies then just say that. Unprofessional!!!

I've been buying my own BP monitors after they break. $65 and up seems like every 4 months. I walked out without paying a cent for this. So call Patrick and get yours through your insurance.Customer service again not a word spoken about masks. That alone gets a 5 star.
