Jung needs to be fired, he told me to call the pharmacist tomorrow and didn’t make any since and hung up on me I don’t know why he hasn’t been fired but he was the absolute rudest human being and unprofessional I’ve ever encountered. Please get rid of him

I have been going here for over 15 years and I typically don't post reviews, it has been too long dealing with one specific pharmacy tech not to comment. Although the efficiency is good, this woman is rude every time every time I have been there for over a decade..don't interact with her if you are not well and need medication. Everyone else that I have delt with there is friendly, and I love that they have text updates.

I've always had a pleasant experience here and surprised at so many bad reviews. Most recent visit the pharmacist was able to find extra discounts.

We had our prescriptions filled here for 10+ years, but I finally gave up and moved to one right across the street. The pharmacy manager is SO rude, and she has rubbed off on the rest of the staff. My doctor accidentally sent one here today, and the tech grilled me on if I got my flu shot this season and "did I remember when?" Yes, I was literally at my PCP 2 weeks ago and they did it then. It has NOTHING to do with my Rx I picked up today, so back off.

I understand the hours working here may seem grueling and tiring, and I think the customers should not feel obligated to be flat out rude to the employees if the employees have done nothing wrong. I get that some people are in a rush, but that isn't the employees fault. If the customer is in a rush, it is THEIR OWN RESPONSIBILITY to manage THEIR OWN TIME correctly, NOT THE EMPLOYEE. It isn't often that I see a customer yelling at a worker. But usually when that happens, it's all for the same reason. The customer is in a rush. Anyway, I come here often for groceries, the store is very neat and well put together.

I have one particular prescription that this Kroger never has in stock when I submit a refill, which is surprising since it's fairly common. My doctor prescribed an amount that didn't match the manufacturer's quantity, and I would randomly receive the wrong quantity as one of their pharmacist's would sometimes arbitrarily adjust the amount filled to match the packaging. When I asked them about this they claimed my insurance was the issue, but I spoke to my insurance and they assured me the pharmacist I spoke to was in the wrong.

This used to be a well managed pharmacy, but not any more. It's a shame, as a lot of folks depend on it

This kroger does not maintain Their previous standards or the standards of other Kroger stores where I shop.I have noticed that over the past year that their produce quality has gone down. Many times their produce is old and shriveled. I especially notice that with the squash and cucumbers. Also multiple I have been there and the vegetable bins are almost empty. I love avocados and have tried repeatedly to buy them there with no success. They go quickly from hard to dark brown. Also the flavor of the avocados when they are ripe is not good. In the past few months I have been their deli. Most recently, I got provolone for sub sandwiches and was disappointed on our picnic to find out that the provolone cheese was had white mold on the outside. I went back yesterday and purchased Pepper, Jack cheese and American cheese and ask them. Once again, I got home and went to use them and found white mold powed on the outside of each. They definitely need to inspect the items of that will be slicing from each morning and before they slice them for a customer. I just don't feel that the managemeit is watching quality control in the store. I expect that moving forward I will be shopping more at the store on campbell.

I'm not a fan of Kroger. They were once a decent, run of the mill grocery store on par with others, but things have changed for the worse in my opinion. 1) Self-checkout is king - If you go frequently, buy a few small items, then this probably will work fine for you. They have about 16 self-checkout stations where you get to scan and bag your groceries. If you experience errors, which I seem to run into, then you have to wait for the person overseeing the 8 grouped stations. Often this person is busy fixing problems at multiple stations, so expect to wait. 2) Traditional Checkout Lane - There is usually one (1), just one traditional checkout lane with a store employee that scans groceries. Occasionally there is someone there bagging groceries too. Usually the line here is long because old people, like me, who prefer to shop once a week and fill our cart, take longer. Obviously, with so much stuff in our cart, self-checkout isn't really a viable option. There is also usually some confused older person paying by check and using paper coupons and trying to have a conversation with the teenager behind the conveyor belt who really doesn't care to engage at all. 3) Products - We buy a lot of iced tea, usually 4 gallons of the stuff each week. There is never enough! Every time we visit, I feel like we are taking the last 4 in stock, if we are lucky enough to find that many. The Kroger brand is decent. Their prices are okay. Be sure to have a free account so you get the discount. 4) E-shopping - Shopping with the Kroger app from home has improved greatly. The images and product descriptions provided are very informative. It makes it quite easy to comparison shop. You can also clip and apply digital coupons with ease. Scheduling a pickup time is fairly easy too. I can often do it the same day. The downside is that many items your request never make it to your actual bag. I often think it is because the personal shoppers they hire aren't that familiar with the store and the products. Also, I don't think the technology they employ does a very good job of keeping tabs of what is actually in stock on the shelves. For instance, we regularly see Impossible Burger products on sale and with coupons, but they are rarely on the shelf. Thankfully, you can make substitutions, so if the exact type of milk you selected in the app is not available, they are likely to at least put a gallon of something in your cart so that you don't end up with nothing (which actually happened to me before they created the substitution option). There is often confusion when ordering amounts of products too. I ordered bananas once, and thought I was going to get a bunch, not a single banana. I was under the impression that I would receive 1 bunch of bananas. because that was how they were displayed in the app.If there was another grocery store close by, I would go there instead. I'm so fed up with Kroger, I usually just have my husband do the shopping. He doesn't seem to mind the disappointing customer service and the mediocre product quality and prices.

The ONLY reason I go here is because they normally have my meds. The pharmacist is extremely rude (same one everyone else is complaining about, with the curly hair) and her assistant Jennifer acts just like her. I have personally witnessed these two bring customers to tears. I don't understand why it's allowed. Why is it ok to treat customers like this? I've not once left there without feeling bad for myself or someone else. I'm searching for a different place as I write this. Elder abuse at its finest and it's no exaggeration!

Pharmacists and some assistants there like Jennifer I think her name is, are the worst most rude people there. Also their pharmacy phone not working at all. Can’t get anyone to speak on the phone. Poor customer service.

A random customer asked me to translate for her. I walked up to an increidibly rude pharmacist who was more concerned about washing her hands than helping this woman in visible distress. The issue was that the customer did not receive her blood pressure medication and I asked the pharmacist what to do to get the right medication. Her replies:"Those are the prescriptions we have (that were sent to us)""She does not know what she is taking?""If she takes this medicine with her, she can not return it"Those are not out of context, we asked for a resolution, but instead received irate tangential responses that did nothing to solve the issue.Eventually, not with the help of the pharmacist, the customer went back to her doctor/clinic to request the rigth prescription be sent. Something so simple, turned into drama, thanks to the lack of emphaty from a pharmacist who saw a tearful immigrant woman and went into rage mode because the customer dared request the right blood pressure medication in broken English.I will not name the pharmacist publicly, but for Kroger's reference, she was blond, curly, 60ish and grumpy as f%. She worked the afternoon 3pm shift on 10-25-2022
