Worst Kroger I’ve ever been to. No one is helpful or wants to do their job. And I went there early on a weekday when there was barely anyone in the store. No one knew were anything was. They said they only worked on the section they were restocking. Then at self checkout the help is on the way message came up and the lady never came. I just ended up going to another register cause there was 3 ppl waiting. And again the store wasn’t packed. Ridiculous!

This location is a life savior because they close later than most of stores especially for those who got kids .

For the past month or so this store has been closed down at 10pm for “cleaning” no prior warning, wrf Kroger?? Are we just making our own random closing time here at this Richardson location? Thanks for the disrespect!

never come here customer services is terible i got 2 butter but then i told her i dont.want it but she did not even cancelled it she added 2 more butters she added a tottal of 25 dollars worth of butter worst fire lori she has done this 2 times to me

I rarely write reviews because I usually don’t have negative experiences. However, I couldn’t help but share my experiences with the customer center lady. She, by far, gave me the worst experience I’ve ever had. I came in to return an item and didn’t have a membership number or card, and from the get-go, she gave me the worst attitude. She proceeded to act annoyed that I didn’t have a membership ID. She rolled her eyes, looking at me as if asking, “Are you serious?”There were customers in line, and she was clearly trying to make me feel embarrassed. She said verbatim, “We wouldn’t have all these problems if I
had your receipt.” Mind you, I was returning a food item. So, of course, I wasn’t going to keep the receipt. First off, there should not have been any problems. I’ve returned items at Kroger; neither receipts nor membership is required. And she dared to tell me to have a good day at the end as if she didn’t try to degrade me for returning an item. I didn’t say anything in response to her poor attitude because I prefer not to make a scene in public. Oh, and in case other customer center people work here, it is the black lady with braids.

I have been coming to Kroger since I was 8 and it has always been my to go store however, I recently moved around the area and I have never experienced such annoying experience. Every time I have to go late at night to the store for an unexpected reason this location is always closed by 10 PM even if the website states it closes at 1AM. I used to go to the Northwest Hwy location and they were always open and their employees were always in such great mood unlike the employees from this location that are always on their phone and in such bad mood.

Their customer service is lacking greatly! I was there the other day checking out and when i put in my rewards number it triggered for one of the workers to come. She came and said you know you have to pay for everything right? I informed her I was aware I had to pay for everything and that i was not finished scanning. I was just trying to put my number in. After that the machine broke and I had to go to another self checkout and rescan everything I had already scanned. While I was doing that another worker came and moved my basket while I was still scanning items in. Another worker came and was very rude while playing provocative music instead of working. I will go out of my way to never come here again. To too it all off I bought strawberries there and I had to throw them away cause they had worms inside of them.

This locations rating has gone down. They are often out of products and when they do they place other products in place of empty product. This makes it hard to see that they are out of the product also the shelf tag is now not accurate because the price on the shelf tag does not accurately reflect the price of the product. Also Sarah is customer service needs to work on her customer service

Compared to the Kroger at Greenville Avenue and Forest Lane, this location could teach that one some lessons. The isles at this one are well stocked with everything. I always find everything I'm looking for. The expiration dates on items provide a lot more time too. If you're not enjoying your experience at the Kroger on Greenville Avenue and Forest Lane, I strongly suggest trying this one. I have shopped at this one several times, and I tip my hat to the management and employees at this location, they are really on top of things.

They always lock the door and claim the registers shut down early so they can get out of there earlier!
