Kroger just hit a new low: Carl from fuel station is the absolute worst. I got better service from the non-sentient self service KIOSK than from him! 0/10

Excellent prices on everyday products, great sales, and store brands. Gas discounts from purchase points are a great way to save money. Online coupons save us $ each week!

The money services / customer service desk is never open on time. It's been 5 months straight and they don't open until 9:30-10am. I have to go to another store to take care of errands. Hire someone who comes to work on time, good grief.

Nichole at the customer service counter has the absolute worst, nastiest attitude. I called ahead to make sure I could get a return for a single bag of odd tasting frozen blueberries, without a receipt, just wanting store credit; the girl that answered the phone said yes. So, I drive up there and Nichole says she actually needs a receipt. By the way, this is after Nichole and another worker make me wait for 10 minutes while they mark off some kind of work checklist, which Nichole is doing painfully slowly. Asking her co worker how to spell "avocado" etc. Just being slow, and difficult on purpose! When a customer is waiting for service, you should pause what you're doing, and take care of the waiting customer. That's just super basic customer service. She then scribbles down a 1-800 number to call for me to request the receipt I suddenly need for the $10 store credit. Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, Sprouts, WOULD NEVER treat people like this. I absolute detest big grocery store chains like Kroger and these ghetto, miserable workers are a big reason why. Thank you Nichole, for giving me the best reason to never step foot into a Kroger again. By the way, I went to dinner a couple miles away, spotted a Kroger and they processed my return in about 30 seconds at this other location which just proves that NICHOLE was wrong, rude, and unprofessional. Bye forever, Kroger. YUCK.

I've never encountered any problems. Staff has always been friendly and cheerful. I especially love the produce department it's very fresh.

I went to Kroger on Centennial yesterday. I hadn't shopped at Kroger in quite some time. When I went to check out, I scanned 12 items, the automated check out said that I scanned 12 items, but the automated system paused my checkout because it thought that I was up to no good. It summoned a store clerk to investigate, like I was some kind of thief. I will not be returning to Kroger. I've never had that problem at Albertsons or Walmart. If you want to be accused of stealing, go to Kroger.

This is my local Kroger and it's been good to us. I do see fruit flies occasionally in the produce area so it's not my favorite place to buy fruit from, but they are typically on point with everything else. The workers have always been kind to me and I like that they seem to hire people with obvious disabilities, but they do their job well.

I have been shopping here for about three years now and this store has always bothered me because they are constantly switching items out… like you enjoy a certain brand of milk, you get it there twice, then the third time it’s nowhere to be found and being replaced by a new brand. Here lately though it has really taken a downturn. The produce section is horrible. Moldy berries, neon green bananas and lettuce/salads that expire in two days. As often as this store is out of stuff there should be no reason for moldy food to be on shelves.

We shop here regularly, but since we have a Boost membership, we often order our groceries for delivery. I can say that this store is most definitely lacking in management. 98% of the time when we order groceries for delivery, or pickup, multiple items are missing. It's impossible to reach anyone on the phone to remedy ANY issues you have with this store whether you're seeking help locally or through a corporate route, you'd better have at least 30 mins and a lot of patience and luck to see any resolution. The biggest reason we even continue to use this store is it's location. If there was another major grocery closer to us, we'd definitely switch. This store was a VERY WELL managed store just a few years ago. Those few years ago, you would almost always see at least one manager who would greet you and ask if you needed anything. Now, it seems like they're not only short staffed in management, but they're also short in just about every other position, especially cashiers, and so the ones that do show up seem to be agitated and short tempered.
