I have been using this Kroger for over 6 months for weekly pick up. On the last 3 orders, there have been issues (today being the worst). I have had smashed bread, eggs placed at the bottom of my trunk with heavy items on top, a carton of eggs missing one, and a bag of salad with brown lettuce. Also, today I waited for over 45 minutes after I arrived even though I received a text that my order was ready. Every lane was full and no one was getting groceries for over 40 minutes.. Sadly, I will be changing locations..

I use the delivery option at Kroger. The store selection is good, wish there were more no-sodium, lower-sodium, or less-sodium options. There always seems to be a discrepancy in what is delivered between Kroger delivery and other deliveries that cost more. Kroger delivery seems to have something not deliverable, so I opted for the more expensive option. These should be the same items.

I returned to customer service this past Monday to purchase the tags for my car. The man told me that the state's website was down and he was too busy helping the man in front of me as if I couldn't wait. Fifteen minutes later, I had my car sticker in my hand because Tom Thumb said they had no issues with the state's website. Thank you Tom Thumb.

This review #1 of 2 and it is specifically for the South (or is it East) African guy working the self-check out counters - you were very down to earth and very, VERY helpful when it came to redeeming a digital coupon. FIVE STARS for you. You made up for your co-worker who was a total Richard Cranium.
This is review #2 of 2 and it is specifically for the Hispanic guy in light blue short sleeve shirt, black baseball cap, and black cloth face mask. You need to be pulled aside for customer service training. I asked you for a little bit of help finding Kroger's German pretzels. You were dismissive, telling me the sale's over and it's all gone. IT'S IN AISLE 13! And when I came back to tell you to help the next the customer, you were just as rude. You shouldn't be customer-facing!

Stock low and smells like theirs rats. I usually get friendly customer service but unlike newer Krogers or newly rennovated in conparison their wasnt a lot of variety in products. We couldnt find large Navy beans. Again, you probably could find this product in the new stores and supercenter Krogers, specifically in the Mansfield area.

Normally this kroger is great and i have no problems. But today They sold me spoiled chicken then when I confronted customer service (elvis), he gave me big attitude saying he cant do nothing over the phone. If my family would've gotten sick, I would've sued. There's more chicken that could be spoiled, if you purchase the tenders and get sick, that's why. The dates say they need to be refrigerated by the 23rd so I think their refrigeration is messed up.
Again normally all is good. I hate to put this up but honestly if it was handled better then I wouldn't have posted this incident. For all the great employees there, this don't reflect yall.

Kroger is a rip off. They put a certain price on their products and when you get to the cashier it's a much higher price. They tell you that you have to download a app. If you're not paying attention they will rip you off .
