!!WARNING!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LABCORP! I highly do not recommend this place. Based on my experience and what I observed.
They are sooo rude and disrespectful, They talk to people with disrespect and look down at people like they own everyone, especially the short chunky african American lady that works there. She just yells at people. I didn't get her name, but I will. They have people waiting in the waiting room for a long time like they are in slow motion, while they are in the back talking and laughing.
Another red flag đ was that they didn't know how to do their jobs. I've gotten blood work more than a thousand times, but it was never like this. They called me to the back after a long wait and put the needle in my arm. From the start, it didn't feel right. Now I have a huge red swollen area where they took the blood. I have never had this experience before. It's too bad I can't put a zero for the rating. Never again will i pay to get disrespect.

Rude staff. They need to treat everyone equally. You can see that they can be nice when theyâre talking other colleagues but the same lady was really rude with me. She my name through the window but I couldnât enter as the door was locked from inside so I told her itâs locked and she was annoyed at me for that đ because she had to get up. Apparently, I was supposed to remember all the details for them? They had a weighing machine and yet the lady wanted to me convert my weight from Kilograms to Lbs.

Ok, so not only did I have to wait until 10:15am when my appointment was at 9:00am for employment drug test on 03/28/2025 but itâs been over 9 days w/o any results and my potential employer is getting suspicious when Iâve never had illegal drugs in my system nor a criminal record. The criminal record came back in 4 days and LABCORP is being a pain in my azz!!

Absolutely the worst service ever, no care or attention to patient needs and NEVER answer the phone I hate that my doctor referred me to this location.

Absolutely appalling service! I checked in using the automated machine at 1:30 PM, when they reopened. However, by 1:55 PM, the staff had yet to attend to the waiting room, until someone knocked on their door. The staff's attitude was extremely rude, and they cut people off mid-question. When it was my turn, I sat down for the blood draw, made a fist as instructed, but relaxed my hand briefly, which seemed to upset the phlebotomist. They became agitated and rude, so i just left without getting the procedure done. I refuse to trust someone who behaves so unprofessionally with a needle. Unfortunately, this experience was a far cry from my previous visits years ago. The service has drastically deteriorated.
I will file a complaint with Cigna. They seriously need to re-evaluate their partnership with Labcorp.

I wish there is a zero star but that is not possible. Came with my 10 years old daughter to have blood work done. We first encountered a man named (Carols). The rudest and most unprofessional healthcare worker I have ever seen. Yelling at patients, raising his voice and giving attitude to all patients in waiting room. He initially refused to check us in but we were able to give him what he called (system requirement) as he failed to pull up the order from my daughterâs PCP. Long story short, and when I asked him for his name, he started assaulting me verbally with inappropriate words, and continued to yell. I plan on escalating the issue to corporate and hopefully my complaint is listened to. This person should not keep his job one more minute. Everybody in the waiting room was irritated and was complaining about the way he was treating others. He has tons of bad reviews on this platform and clearly, labcorp does not seem to care about their reputation. My personal practice (I am a cardiologist), will NEVER send patient to this trash lab!!

Was referred here by the operator and was told I did not need an appointment. I arrived an hour and a half before closing and checked in. I heard other patients complain about the wait so I went to the window to confirm I would be seen. I was ignored while the workers socialized. I was eventually told I would not be seen bc of how busy they were. I dont understand why they would allow me to check in. I was told not to listen to the operator that I should call them directly, however, they donât answer their phones. Theyâre unprofessional and unorganized. I donât know why employers still use them.

Great and quick experience. Yolanda was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. The wait time was not too bad.

Staff makes you feel incompetent, especially the lady behind the glass window. Google says they close at 5:30pm but drug testing closes at 5pm. I did not have the time to look at the website for timings for drug testing vs actual close time. If itâs âobviousâ then why do you have the times plastered all over the walls and doors of the office? Most likely because it has happened several times before.

I had an appointment at 9. It was 935 before I was seen. Pablo was one of the rudest employees I have ever witnessed to every one that came through, including myself. Fortunately, I was there for a simple test. I canât imagine the folks that need to have important, life altering, diagnostic tests and be welcomed in such a way.

Male receptionist is extremely rude and dry. Had an appointment and it didnât matter bc they consider walk-ins more important.
