I have never had to wait. I get blood drawn 2x year. I had taken friend to hospital one day for surgery. While I had to wait 2 to 3hrs for surgery to be completed, I thought why not get my bloodwork done while I am here. I did a walk in without an appointment and they got me in within a few minutes

Location is great, staff are excellent, facility is pristine, and the check-in process is fantastic, but I can never get them on the phone to verify my lab orders are there before heading over. Unfortunately probably just understaffed.
