I have never had to wait. I get blood drawn 2x year. I had taken friend to hospital one day for surgery. While I had to wait 2 to 3hrs for surgery to be completed, I thought why not get my bloodwork done while I am here. I did a walk in without an appointment and they got me in within a few minutes

Location is great, staff are excellent, facility is pristine, and the check-in process is fantastic, but I can never get them on the phone to verify my lab orders are there before heading over. Unfortunately probably just understaffed.

Cant read the check in machines and apparently the receptionists job is not to receive patients. Had to have one if the other patients help.

Overall, very good experience. Check in was easy, and I had no wait. The technician was friendly, but a bit rough jamming the needle in my vein as others have mentioned.

After my doctor screwed up the accounting codes on some bloodwork, I got an unexpected bill for over $100 dollars. Let me tell you - these people make it as hard as possible to resolve such an issue. They intentionally make it difficult to talk to a person about your bill. Just go somewhere else.

Staff was fine, but because of lack of organization, wait times were horrible. I made an appointment and was at the clinic for 90 minutes. Please use other Labcorps near by, did not have to wait this long for my appointment.

Friendly service and automated check in if you filled out the questionnaire in advance. In and out in 10 minutes.

Had a good experience. Fast check in time. Phlebotomist is good and overall experience was super fast and efficient.

So frustrating for my parents. Check in system is a nightmare. If not for the wonderful folks and the front, this would have seriously stressed out my mom. Staff are awesome, systems are difficult. Knowing the age of a lot of their clientele, the company needs to have better check in systems.

I paid $300 for a test; waited for 3 weeks without a call back nor an email with my results. Call them for a whole week and no one answer the phone; I also left voice messages but no one responded. The phlebotomists are nice but management and reception are incompetent. Worst LabCorp I ever been to.

Thank You Angelaaa! We (husband and I) arrived closer to close time for bloodwork.The check in was longer than the actual procedure haha! Everything was clean and organized. Happy we had chosen to come to this location! :)
