I paid $300 for a test; waited for 3 weeks without a call back nor an email with my results. Call them for a whole week and no one answer the phone; I also left voice messages but no one responded. The phlebotomists are nice but management and reception are incompetent. Worst LabCorp I ever been to.

Thank You Angelaaa! We (husband and I) arrived closer to close time for bloodwork.The check in was longer than the actual procedure haha! Everything was clean and organized. Happy we had chosen to come to this location! :)

Nov 15 2023. Horrible place and extremely unprofessional. Ton of patients waiting and no one wants to help. Nurse at the front desk is very rude and was talking down to a patient for no reason. Why do they hire these people. Fire them right away please. Don’t come here for blood work unless you are attracted to bad customer service. You’ve been worn. Phlebotomists are nice but the front desk is stinking horrible.

Terrible experience. Was on a tight timeline to have results by Friday and I verbally confirmed with them twice before the test they'd get me my results by Wednesday. Wednesday comes and no results. Left a voicemail and email. Thursday same thing. On my hard deadline, Friday, they're no picking up all morning so I drove back in person. Front desk was rude and one guy walked out while I was talking to him. They said they couldn't give me my own results since I wasn't a physician. Went back to my university to get a physician's fax number so they could give it to him instead. Then they said they couldn't locate my results and gave me a phone number. Called the number and no help, said I had to be a physician. I had the physician call but they wouldn't give it to him either. I got screwed over and I'm so annoyed!

Clean location. They were busy but not a long wait time. Phlebotomist was professional and good at drawing blood.

i made an online appointment for some blood tests my doctor ordered, the entire process didn’t take more than 30 minutes. the lady who took my blood was very professional and sweet. very efficient and friendly

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I've been using this Labcorp for many years and have never had those experiences. I like the quick checkin machine. Usually I don't have to wait very long, and if I get called up to the window, everything is processed quickly. The person taking my blood has always been friendly, efficient, and quick with minimal pain. Today was the first time I had to wait over an hour because there were so many of us and only one worker. Apparently, the other person hadn't been able to come in, but Mr. Ameer handled everything very professionally. He worked through the list of people in the room in groups of three, got them set up in their rooms after getting paperwork and payment, performed whatever labwork was required, and came back for 3 more. Was very impressive. He remained curteous, calm, and efficient in what I can only imagine was a high stress situation. Thank you.

Worst LabCorp ever! I had a scheduled appointment last Friday, and only one person was checking patients in AND seeing the patients. I had to walk out to go to another appointment that day and rescheduled for this Friday 5/26/23. Again, the entire lobby is packed even though we all have scheduled times. In addition, the front desk lady is not pleasant to work with AT ALL (she said her name was Newman, I’m sure that was a lie. She is African American and about 60 years old) and is ALWAYS very rude and not helpful at all. Her demeanor is very off-putting and she is constantly closing the window even though people are waiting to speak with her. If I were a company, I would not have someone like that running the front desk. Will never be back to this location again.

No one treating patients . There are 7 patients who have been left waiting for over 30 minutes, while at least 4 patients have left the lab after being treated. So they have plenty of empty rooms and staff. Just no desire to get to the patients waiting in the lobby any service.

The front desk ladies keep the window closed so you can’t even approach them or ask about anything. They want you to check in on the kiosk which I did but the machine froze so I was asked to wait. I finally stood behind another waiting patient so the check in lady could see me. She wasn’t happy and asked me to check in on kiosk. I told her I did but machine froze. She said do it again. Finally called my name. Gave her paperwork. Been waiting over 40 minutes for one blood draw. Terrible service and extensive wait times. Avoid this place if you can!

Went to the Labcorp at George bush in richardson. Was fast and easy check in. Went right in for my draw. Definitely recommend. Parking was easy and elevator up to the second floor, right outside the doors. Nice staff.

Rude workers. Jammed the needle in my arm and tightly wrapped the bandage on my arm because she was upset that they missed the fax for my order and then lied about it and got caught. Will never come back here.

I AM NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN. Worst Labcorp site ever. And equally worst front desk receptionist ( pink specs - loads of attitude ) .. You won’t believe- I went with my dad at 8:50am for his bloodwork and we came out at 11:15am. Where procedure is only for 5 minutes , Reason for delay, their email was slow and they made me wait for hours and wouldn’t update and kept sending others who came after me. And no patience to even answer if they got my email. and fax doesn’t work either , it kept saying no response and receptionist would say issue is not at their end. Ultimately I had to go home print the paperwork and go back to get the bloodwork done. Which means I was faster than the email. Seriously ridiculous - I told them my dad is 72 years and he is diabetic and fasting- no remorse.. no empathy … Worst experience ever and equally worst customer service. I am not going back even if it closet to my house . I would rather go far and save my time

Staff shortage this morning with no word of an apology from the one staff person there until I was seen 50 mins after check in. Full waiting room and silence from staff. Most staff are excellent phlebotomist here but no communication. I sat and watched one person walk out due to wait time.
