Doesn't matter which clinic I tried to call there is no answer!!!! Sometimes even stay on hold for minutes at a times only to be told to leave bullshit message. So glad your patients mean so much to y'all. Hopefully my kidneys don't blow before I find help

What is being done about the poor service reported at every location? In searching for a location near me the reviews are horrible for almost all locations on the poor service, length of wait time, and rude front desk employees. No one should have to wait hours if they have an appointment. This company has been in business for years and should have all the kinks and service issued addressed by now. I see it as if the company don't care because they know people need their services.

The Labcorp at Methodist Richardson has to be hands down the worst experience ever in healthcare and I’mAn RN. They tell you employment drug screens start at 2. So you get there early and check in thinking you are ahead of the game. Only to find out 30 minutes later that if you check in before 2, the system kicks you out and you have to log back in. At this point, you are behind a million other people. Leading to a 2 hour wait time. This is not posted anywhere in the office. It takes someone asking why it’s taking so long to be called for this information to be disclosed. An absolute horrific experience.

Really, really not okay. Labcorp Mesquite consistently closes early. I have seen this TWICE. My orders for bloodwork are dated. I have to waste time and waste my doctor's time getting a new order and coming back everytime you pull this. And there are more than a few of us. I just watched a guy have to leave because they shut down drug tests today at 4:15 rather than posted hours of 4:30.
