Couldn’t locate my clothes with my name or phone number. Went home and got ticket. Came back. They had saved the last name and phone number wrong. Gave them a second chance. Came back to recycle hangers and the lady was very rude claiming they don’t take other company’s hangers. Okay, no problem. I go to put the hangers that are from the store (I’ve spent over $120 from my 2 visits) on the thing. She started yelling at me and told me not to come back.

I’ve been doing business here for over ten years and never had any issues. However, I returned a three weeks ago to drop off a load of work shirts for my husband and the woman working behind the counter was rude and abrupt, but I didn’t think much of it because I had had such good experiences prior to this. I returned a week later with more items and she was napping in the front and was groggy while she was helping me. She did not give me a customer ticket and said “I didn’t need it”, which I thought was strange, but she had taken my phone number so she knew who I was. Today, I returned with more items and she was rude and abrupt again because I started to remove the paper from a wire hanger to add to the others in a collection area. She yelled at me as if I were a child. This time I walked out and said “never mind” and she told me “Don’t come back.” I thought this person was having a bad day the first time, but I gave her three chances. Everyday that I’ve come in, she looks, groggy, has dark circles under her eyes, is disheveled, and behaves in a very a very rude and disrespectful manner to customers. This just happened five minutes ago and I am writing this from my car.

After previous owner changed, this place became really bad in customer service and the payment method was made intentionally difficult i was told to go get cash or pay 4% in credit card payment, debit card you have to know your pin number basically forced to pay 4% more after I5 years I used this spot for dry cleaning, I'm saying not anymore.

The owner is a cheat that charges for DEBIT card use. The other agents have repeatedly told me that there is no charge for debit. Will not be continuing any business here.

The fron desk lady try to ripe me off no details on receipt asking to talk to supervisor never let me contact him this is my 5th time back and forth to pick my closed never get helps forced me not to come again

Yajaira is the worst customer service I’ve experienced at this location. Will not be going back. Rude, sits on her phone and believes she’s your customer. Not getting my business.

I called to ask if they do rush orders. She hung up on me. I called back. She picked up the receiver and slammed it down. Go somewhere else.

I also been coming g to this cleaners for over 5 years, but the service has gone down, I understand the whole covid situation we are in but no hello no thank you, and when I go in its like I'm a burden to them, and its the same lady all the time , like if she was mad that I came in. This is the last time I will be coming to this location, sad but I guess someone else will get my business.

I have been using Legacy for about 18 months. They have provided me with nothing but excellent and professional quailty results and service. On the rare occasion that I've needed same day service I always been grateful that they could accomodate me.
