I've been going to Lux Nails đ
for three months, and I'm completely obsessed with this nail shop! Tina is absolutely amazing; she's so incredibly sweet and always makes me feel welcome đ¤. My nails are always perfect, and I get so many compliments on them. I can't recommend Lux Nails enough if you're looking for a new nail salon! It's my go-to spot for some self-care and pampering đââď¸. I highly recommend it!

I been coming to this nail salon for a good while . I have to say the salon has such calm vibe and the staff is great ! The nail tech Mary is amazing ! She has been doing my nails for few months and always love her work !

I love this place! Every time I get my nails done by Marie she always goes above and beyond to give me exactly what I am wanting. I show her an image of what I want and she never fails to amaze me. Also Lena did my daughterâs nails when we went yesterday and she was great! She was very patient with my daughter and gave her the nails she was wanting as well.

I come here (not too regularly because of time issues) and every time I leave happy with the services, I only do pedicures fyi and just the deluxe option, they always treat me nice, they have a vast choice of services/prices. I'll keep coming here for my pedicures :) don't want to go anywhere else.

I have been here 2 times and I love it everyone is so nice and they do really good on my feet definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to go itâs peaceful and again everyone is nice and they do amazing on my feet đ

Worst nails I asked for oval and short nexgen nails. Half my nails are crooked almond. The color is horribly proportioned and crooked at the tips. Color done was so not the color I want picked off the sample card. They pretty much nickel and dime you so I would save your money and not go here, itâs not worth it at all.

I had my nails done yesterday at Lux. I asked for acrylics with tips and gel. I requested a long , thin square oval shape with a pink buff polish, #1213. I don't know the name of the girl who did my nails. But this is NOT what I requested. My nails look like thick duckbill that are readying to lift off my finger. There is nothing good to say about them. As the tech started to apply #1213, it was apparent that colour was beige and not pink, as it appeared on the sample card. When I questioned it , no-one could answer me, just stared. Finally my tech went and grabbed a pink color from her coworker. I am so disappointed in my nails. I've been for pedicures before and they were great. This young tech i was sat with appears to maybe be an apprentice? Regardless, she shouldn't be doing acrylics.

This is the second time I get GelX. I was supposed to get them at a lower rate since I âwould only be replacing themâ yet I was charged as if it was the first time getting them done. They stated it was only applicable if I had gone back two weeks laterâŚAnywho the color I selected is a sheer color but never had an issue until today (see pictures) they only did two coats and my hands full of glue even after I asked and said there was glue on my hands. And then my pedicure I asked for a two colors, for a base and a shimmer, the lady said âno itâs weirdâ. Not sure what happened today but I wasnât pleased by their service. Mind you this is only Gel polish.

Went for an organic pedicure and traditional manicure. I had 2 different techs. Both did not speak or talk with me. They did ask if I wanted water. My pedicure was mediocre. My massage during my pedi felt like a 2 year old rubbing my leg. There was polish left on my toes I had to get off on my own in front of the tech. The tech doing my mani did not wash my hands. She placed my hands in cold water. I had to ask her to please use warm water. My mani included an 8 minute massage which she did not provide. She also left clear polish on my fingers. My hands are and feel really dry. I informed the lady checking me out that I was not satisfied. I felt my services were rushed. They did not provide any lux service and I will not go back. I've gotten better service at a cosmetology school.

The first picture is what I asked for, but I got the 2nd-4th pictures instead, after specifically saying I did not want a thick and chunky nail. I paid 102 for this which included a deluxe pedicure for 35. I immediately went to a beauty to supply to get a gel polish then home to file them down and repolish them. They have a sign stating they will be increasing their prices in a month. I won't be coming back. The last picture is how they looked after I tried to fox them, so much money spent I dislike my nails.

I received a $50 gift card for my birthday and after all services, they informed me they had no record of it and refused to honor it. Ridiculous! The gift card was OBVIOUSLY theirs but they "couldn't locate it." My nails were also bumpy. Very disappointed
