I received a massage from Kelvin and my husband got a massage from Gary and we both enjoyed our treatments. Additionally, Renee and Ericka signed us up and were both friendly and helpful. I ended up signing up for the 6-month membership, so looking forward to going back and also trying a facial sometime.

I hate the call center!!!! But LOVE everything else lol. The call center SUCKS! PLEASE GO BACK TO TALKING WITH FRONT DESK* but yall know I love the front desk gals! So I'll still give yall a 5! ?

They cancel on me a lot, and their hours online and on their door do not reflect when they are actually open. When I've been there, the service is pretty good. It's the options and availability that's lacking.

Wow.. where to begin. Would leave 0 stars if I could. THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION, is HORRIBLE. For some reason, they changed the call center to take you to somewhere out of the country.. so when you try to book a massage you’re speaking to someone with HORRIBLE service. So I booked a massage and then went to the location.. and guess what? They didn’t have me on the books. So then, I had to book another massage for a different day. Well, that day came around and there was a horrible car accident on the highway so I called to say I’d be late. Once again, I was taken to a call center OUTSIDE of the country. We lost service 3x as I pled to have my massage rescheduled. Eventually, when we were finally able to maintain service, I was told that rescheduling meant I would have to pay the entire massage fee for the service that day and NO EXCEPTIONS APPLY. so, I drive to the location so I could actually speak to someone there. When I arrived, I was met by the RUDEST receptionist who at one point tried to represent herself as the manager of that location— which after a couple questions she finally relented. Then she had the audacity to tell me the “notes on my file” (yes apparently they keep notes on you) said I HUNG UP on those 3 calls, when in fact, it was the horrible, outside of the country service and we kept losing reception! Also, logically, why would I hang up then CALL BACK ON MY OWN (they didn’t even bother to call me back) THREE TIMES?!When I had her pull up the part of the contract that said no exceptions apply, she couldn’t and all that it said day of rescheduling “MAY” result in having the pay the full fee for that service. When I explained what happened, and pled to have it rescheduled— especially considering the fact I had shown up for my previous appointment on time and THEY didn’t have my on the books— I was repeatedly denied.I’ll never return to this location again, and after my contract expires (a whole other nightmare story), Massage Envy has lost my service forever.

My wife and I signed up for regular massages to help with the stress and strains caused by our three young kids. Lol. We’ve both been very pleased with the results, as well as the service and professionalism of all the staff.

I have a membership with ME and have been okay with the service until today.I went in to purchase the Obagi eye cream that’s clearly marked $118 but the desk person charged me &135.31 with tax. When I told her she charged me the incorrect price she said “Oh, they probably increased the price”. When I showed her the price their was no attempt to offer me the price THEY were advertising it for.Good customer service would be to give me the price that was marked in their store.I won’t buy anymore products from them and will be canceling my membership.

I called to pause my membership due to going on orders. It’s the same day my monthly membership came out. They wouldn’t cancel/refund the pending charge. So I just cancelled the entire membership. The logic is astonishing. They choose to make a one-time monthly fee than keep a long-term customer.

I’ve come several times to get facials with Darlene at the Massage Envy in Murphy because she’s the best! She’s very professional and I see the results. I also get massages from time to time.

Five stars to management and STEPHEN! I came in last week because I had HORRIBLE neck pain and they got me in so quick and STEPHEN totally made me better. Best massage I have ever had. HANDS DOWN. Ask for Stephen! You will not regret it. Management was extremely polite and helpful and kind. This location deserves more praise. I’ve been to many Massage Envy locations and this is the best one yet. I’m scheduled again next week with Stephen. Thank you for making my week better and more tolerable as a therapist! My neck thanks you!

I typically go to a different location but decided to try this one out. I went for a 60 min massage yesterday with Stephen for some regular achy back pain and I woke up today with a huge knot in my neck. I have been keeping heating pads and massage gun on this all day but it won't budge and has even started to cause a headache. I'm so disappointed bc everyone was so nice and the location was too but I'm not sure what went wrong bc this is not my first rodeo and I've never had a pain like this AFTER a massage. :(
