Customer service representative sent me to specific store to get metro sim card,I had to pay taxi to get there,it costs me $21 to get there, and the store she sent me to doesn't carry metro sim cards, so I went there wasted my money.Im disabled on fixed income, like I said wasted money that I couldn't afford to lose because she sent me there. I wouldn't have went otherwise, for nothing. Unbelievable!! I called her back to discuss this and there's nothing they can do for me. They send me places , specific places, costing me money just so they can get laugh out of it you would think since I am customer and they actually costed me the money, that they at least try to make up for it a little. But no it's ok for them to do that cause on fixed we can afford it.BULL!!. They were rude when I asked about maybe a credit on my bill or something,one person even hung up on me.. billion dollar companies usually will treat customers better because they want to keep them. You can't trust them in anything. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND METRO PCS TO ANYONE.
