I’ve been using their storage facility for a few months now and I’m really impressed with how clean, safe, and well maintained everything is. The staff are friendly and always ready to help, and I feel confident knowing my belongings are secure. The convenient access hours make it super easy to get in and out whenever I need something.

The manager of this location is horrible. He set me up for auto pay after I gave him my 30 day notice and specifically asked him not to as I was moving out. They have auto debt my account twice since then. The owner won’t return calls, they are incredibly dishonest. Pay more at any place else, they have no idea how to treat people.

Just Rented a U-Haul and was told about a Free Storage Unit by the Manager James.
Great Worker as he stopped doing lawn work to come to the office and help me out as I was leaving because there was a sign on door that Management was on grounds.
Nice Clean Facility. One Manager that tends to the parking lot grounds, lawning and the facility.
My hats off to the guy.

James is unprofessional. This business is not worth your time. The day we set everything up went great but only went downhill from there and it's mostly due to James' sassy attitude and lack of professionalism.

James is rude and highly unprofessional. No one is ever in office or returns calls. Prices are way too high. Don't go here, simply not worth the trouble. U-Haul is cheaper.

Came here to do a U-haul pickup during listed business hours that were the same both online and on the door to the business. Pickup was confirmed with uhaul to be in person and no through the app. Arrived at the store and nobody was there. Tried main and emergency number with no reply. Ended up having to reschedule pickup with uhaul to another location. very frustrating.

Nobody is ever there nor answers the phone. Nor returns calls. The emergency number is a joke too because nobody answers that either. And be careful - they will sign you up for insurance without even asking if you want it.

Terrible. Continual price raises. More than once a year. Horrible. Horrible. My rates have doubled and tripled. I just received another increase. $640.00. I called and asked the manager about it and he was sassy and told me I could leave. I think they have been charging me for someone else's storage.
