Called to see if they did walk in appointments for TB testing and was told they did. I show up and am the only person there and was told I had to make an appointment.

Doest even deserve one star horrible customer service. Does not take walk in when they say they do over phone have to wast 1.5 hours for next appointment to be told that they can't be seen total bs place.

I was nervous to book here because of the reviews but I didn’t have a choice. I woke up with a horrific sore throat and wanted to test for strep. My appointment was 10am on a Thursday - I showed up 10 minutes early, and there was no wait. I checked in, and was seen 5 minutes later and my appointment took 25 minutes. The NP was polite, nice, efficient, and gave her recommendations. For someone with whom I have no prior relationship, I was thankful for her help and quick service. I would definitely go back and had zero issues or complaints.

Belen is a fantastic nurse practitioner! Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her patients set her apart. She made my visit stress-free and addressed all my concerns with empathy and expertise. I appreciate how she goes above and beyond to ensure her patients receive the best care possible. Rude service.
We were given a quote of $170 on the phone for a shingles vaccine at the Minute Clinic. However when we showed up. we were charged $240. Extremely dishonest and unscrupulous business practices.

Scheduled TB blood test, waited 30 minutes to be seen. When finally seen, NP stated there were not nurses there to draw my blood so I would need to go to the lab instead. When I asked her since she's a NP, couldn't she just draw my blood. She then stated she didn't have time to draw my blood. I had scheduled an appointment so I'm not sure why she couldn't draw my blood?

Went in for treatment and got turned away and told that they cant help me.... My oxygen level was low and all I needed was some medications and was turned away

NP Ble Tesfayesus was awesome, warm, generous, kind, compassionate, and efficient. The flu shot process which is usually nervy for me was seamless and a pleasant experience. Great NP.

Won’t ever make an appointment here again the staff is so rude and I wish I got her name. She wouldn’t even wait 5 mins then told me they would see another patient in my place which is totally ok. I asked could I be seen in that persons place she said no. Then she lied and told me my appointment is the longest one they offered I immediately told her I had the same appointment at another cvs and it took all of 15 minutes maybe even less. I guess she realized that lie wouldn’t work then she said you still have consents (which I completed online prior). I work in health care, just say you don’t want to see me today.

CVS is very busy give grace to the team, check-in and arrive at least a 1.5hrs before appointments and wait for your name to be called. Might wait for an hr with morning walk-ins. STAY IN UR SEAT, there wont be a psa over the loudspeaker for you. In and out for shots, nice frank np
-Close to campus, near bus stops, and has fun music
-Restroom has no soap sometimes
