Show up as a walk in and was told they had no available appointments until noon. The place was completely empty and it was 9:00. The guy I talked to was rude too!! What the hell is the point of a walk in clinic that only takes appointments?? Save your time and go somewhere else!!

I was worried because of the recent reviews on here but didn’t have much choice. Thankfully, Vy Tran, ND, helped me today! She was kind and thorough in her questioning my symptoms before prescribing me the needed medicine. She asked follow up questions and was informative on everything. I haven’t received such good care except at my doctor’s office!

Only service 1 symptom/potential diagnosis at one time per $189.00 visit, regardless if you get a real diagnosis or not. only have RNs and *sometimes* NPs, but never doctors. They do their best but the overall Minute Clinic service is a complete waste of time and money if you're looking to get a real diagnosis. Better off going to UrgentCare and saving time and money. I'm sure it's great for vaccines ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

ZERO STARS!!! Blen Tesfayesus should have her CNA license STRIPPED. Inhumane treatment, not a single ounce of empathy in her cruel body. Treated the patient like a task on her to-do list and like a science experiment. Roughhoused the patient and was not gentle or nurturing in the slightest. Tried to speed through the process and managed to be curt, rude and spoke with a heartless demeanor. Something worth noting—filthiest bathroom I’ve ever seen…and this is supposed to be a clinic? If they don’t prioritize keeping their public bathroom CLEAN, what makes you think they’re prioritizing your medical experience. 4/29/2023 BLEN TESFAYESUS

Nurse practitioner there was not thorough in her exam. Also I went there with fever, congestion and pink eye and she told me to visit the clinic separately for each problem. That doesn't make sense to me.

Came to pickup medication for my sore throat that makes it difficult to talk and the woman who was at the front was not only NOT IN SCRUBS NOR UNIFORM as OSHA states to be MANDATORY for any and all healthcare providers but also proceeded to act rude and disrespectful towards me and stated in a bad attitude she couldn't hear me and to just " go sit down " not a please or thank you in sight as someone who works in healthcare it is unbelievable to see such disrespectful people working on providing " exceptional care " like CVS states they provide

If you need a Passport Photo this is not the place even though they advertise it. Was told their camera doesn't work. Tried using my cellphone and seemed ok on Computer screen but bleached out on the printout. $16.99 for horrible quality. Go to Fedex Office, quick in and out with cropped photos only $14.99

Came in for a Tdap Vaccine & was blessed with getting to meet Jackie! I had zero plans for my shot to be such a great experience, but Jackie's personality and energy was electric! Thank you Jackie for making my day! Thanks for serving me and loving me well while I was in today!

Worst ever pharmacy. Do not waste your time. They have made EVERY step of my wife's gestational diabetes miserable. They do not understand how to read as they have forgotten how to bill insurance and gave my wife insulin with no needles/syringes. We didn't find out btw until they were closed even though the paper from her doctor says do not forget needles/syringes. Absolute idiocy and precisely why thousands of diabetic patients suffer every year.

It's a bit concerning that I had to discuss whether or not they could take my stitches out no less than three separate times, but everyone was very nice. I especially appreciated that everyone was wearing a mask.

The NP that seen me was understanding and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. The set up was a little different but overall I had a good experience:) I also recommend to precheck in through the links that they send you so that you have no wait time.

Went to get a refill, but was told they didn't have the authority to refill it and I had to go see a specialist -- after they checked you in so you are obligated to pay for the "service" provided. They could only prescribe some basic drugs, which I suspect can be substituted by a variety of OTCs. All they care was to get you pay. All you get as an patient is the waste of time and money.

Worst pharmacy, bad customer service. And they scamp people like us by telling us that meds are no covered under our insurance till we confronted them and it turns out it was and it's fully free and covered.... This happens many times. We will be taking our business elsewhere... can't trust them.... You maybe paying for meds that are covered... I encourage you to get second opinion...
