STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! David sold us a "new" computer. It was beat up, slow, and obviously broken. He told me I had one year warranty and to call him "in case something crazy happens, like it wont turn on." Well, You guessed it, 3 months after purchase it did not turn on. No one is in the store, no one answers the call or returns the voicemail. I went to another NerdsToGo but they cannot honor the warranty. I spent $500 on trash. I got robbed. Also during installation, David has his phone on speaker and his co-worker was telling him about a client in an explicit way. Very unprofessional. This has been my worst experience with a franchise.

Strongly advise you not to use this location. All employees have been fired and the owner does not work on computers. If you need to speak with this store and unable to get an answer, contact Nerds to Go corporate.

I don't think that this store is open for business but do not take any items to this store. All store employees have been fired leaving the owner as the sole employee and he does not work on computers. I took a PC there for repair and they "lost it" and I never got it back.
