This store has had poor customer service since it opened. The store on spring valley is better but always full. The Arapaho is the best place, and if you can’t find what you need, just cross the street and autozone is there, and Napa is next-door.

Younger staff mainly not the friendliest and pretty lazy most of the time but it is a clean store. I would not buy a battery from Orilley have had 2 that already went out before the warranty. ALWAYS buy the 3. Year warranty. But I will not be buying anymore from them.

Not open when there supposed to be. Now I'm sitting here in my dead car without a battery and I can't even go somewhere else. Okay, I'm updating my reading only because the guy that came in who was the manager was very kind and warrantied my battery with no issues and very quickly

Counter employees were standoffish. I came in with a part number that had to be ordered in from the distribution center. Not special-order, no shipping charges would have been involved, just something that has to be put on the daily truck run from the distribution center. They refused to order the part for me unless I paid for it in advance, despite me having a long-standing commercial account with thousands of transactions. They claimed it was company policy, but I've done this many times over the years. I don't bill things out until they are in-hand, because if something doesn't arrive on time, is incorrect, or is damaged, it negatively affects my business and it becomes a fiasco to reclaim the funds.

Was looking up the store hours and was surprised by so many 1 star reviews. I shop at this location about every 3 months and the younger guys are often less attentive. But there is still usually less of a wait here compared to most places.

Great customer service from the manager I believe his name is Pablo knowledgeable and recommended on what parts where needed will definitely return !

!!!0 For your POOR service, PABLO!!! To get offended and argue with a customer. To insult my intelligence to think Oreillys sells the exact OEM for Nissan is proposterous! I walked into this location this am based on online estimates for a 2022 Sentra this am. Pablo thinks that because Im a female customer, he can hustle me and give me any kind of poor service. He needs more customer service training. To try to tell me a battery cheaper than $300 hes offering is not for her car. False advertisement. I hope he gets the training he needs. To try to convince a customer that there is only one option for a battery for my daughters car is absurd. I have multiple estimates on my home computer right now that says even Nissan, Pep Boys, NAPA, Advance Auto, etc., sells the required OEM battery for at least $100-150 cheaper. As a veteran and loyal customer to Oreillys for years. Today, my experience for this location has changed. Unless you have an ER breakdown near this location. AVOID IT!!!!!

Today at 3pm I went to go buy some tools needed for my car I had Cash on me and they didnt want to accept my Cash because they claimed to have no change and forced me to use my Credit card, they could have been professional with it but they lack customer service never coming back again

I always go to this O'Reilly because is close to my home. I think I will go to Autozone from now on though. The younger guys there have absolutely 0% costumer service experience or are just rude and not helpful at all.

Applied for a job at this location in the belief that everything went well in the interview. And was rejected for some reason. I tried calling several times to ask what was the reason so I could try to fix it for my next job interview. But got hung up on multiple times. If you can't handle telling someone what their faults are so they can better themselves the what kind of person are you. Very sad that this is the kind of leadership here. I was just hoping for a better outcome from this.

This O'Reilly had the worst costumer service of any I've been to. The 3 guys working were extremely dismissive and more worried about the conversation they were having with each other than helping costumers. Two of them wasn't even sure how to look stuff up on the computer. I will not be going back to this O'Reilly
