I was not used to speaking to the speaker at a drive-thru and it being an AI that talks back to you. I was iffy at first thinking oh this is not going to work but it did but then again I didn't have any special order with changes I'm curious to know how that'll work. Line went very smooth and quick.

Panda Express is my favorite fast food restaurant. Food is always fresh and healthy, if you order meat item with broccoli. Price has not gone up like every other fast food restaurant. It's a good place to eat ?

Used the drive thru and ordered a two entre plate. When I got home I noticed both entries was mostly vegetables. The mushroom chicken had no chicken. Clever scam, who is going to drive all the way back while the food gets cold. Terrible service. Otherwise, average food at higher than average price for what you actually receive.

Call to complain about my order and they hung up on me midway the conversation. I asked for chow mein and somehow white rice was hidden in my plate and they couldn’t tell me how that happened. I will never return.

Very disappointing and confusing how ya gonna have a sign saying ya close at 1030 and its 930 and don't have any food. Old food to sell is trash. All the chairs put up. The service is terrible and its always been. I don't even know why I keep coming over here. Fix this situation

Very disappointed in the honey sesame chicken... This is the second time I have gotten the rice with honey sesame chicken and both times the chicken has been way over cooking and the rice tastes very old... Y'all need a new cook or something because it has ruined my dinner twice... I've never had this problem until I started coming to this panda...Please do something about it... This is the closest Panda to me
