Overall, Pet Supplies Plus Richardson is praised for its friendly staff, clean environment, and dedication to pet care, making it a favorite spot for pet owners and shelter volunteers alike.
Prices are so high at these brick and mortar pet stores. That's the only reason for 4 stars.
