Person that answered the phone would not give me his name. Was very rude and very short. I get to the store, needed help to get something, the guy told me that's not his dept and can't help me and that I need to wait for someone else to help me. He then walked two aisles over and stood there and had a conversation with another employee. This guy has done this on many occasions. I get tired of going to this location for this reason alone.

I thoroughly enjoy the training sessions. The trainer is very kind and patient with my pet and am very pleased with how it is going.
