Phenix Salon Suite 100 (Nebras)
Stylist: Nebras is in suite 100 at Phenix Salon Suites:
She was rude to me. She was trying to cut my hair as I requested. So she use hair brush with blow dryer and she was hurting me. when I ask her why aren’t you moisturizing or wetting my hair to cut it. She replied that she knows what she is doing. So I kept quiet and then she was pulling my hair really bad with hair brush. It was really hurting me because of that I moved my head a little bit and she said why do you move your head and I told her you are hurting she said you know what I’m not gonna do your hair, and she kicked me out. She was rude and professional, and she doesn’t have an idea what to do with the hair. I’ve been to a lot of salons before and hairstyles.
But no one ever treat me that way the worst hairstylist ever, unprofessional really rude really bad.

Nibras, an employee here, left 3rd degree burns on a 15/yo girl, she had to have a skin graft surgery and now has permanent damage, and when confronted about it by the parents she blocked them and took no accountability. The salon should be ashamed of themselves, this was negligence and this lady needs her license revoked. Won’t be surprised when y’all get sued in the future.

Y'all she gave 3rd degree chemical burns to a 14yo girl and isn't owning and taking up responsibility!! The poor girl had to get a skin graft, don't support her!! The girl is mahaorfaly1234 on tik tok!!

NIBRAS SHOULD BE FIRED. left a 3rd degree chemical burn on a 15 y/o girls head then blocked the mother on fb after the mother showed her the hospital records. IF I CAN GIVE IT 0 stars I WOULD

If you want to be treated like a valued customer, say no to Lily Do.Lily did not want to take the time to discuss what I wanted and what options I could go with (I was looking for a big change). As I was trying to have a nice conversation she commented rudely on my lack of knowledge and told me I needed to have common sense.If you want an appointment that begins on time, say no to Lily Do.I arrived early, ready to discuss what I wanted for my hair. Lily was running late. Our appointment began 12 minutes after our scheduled appointment and she did not apologize for being late. She repeatedly reminded me that cuts only have a 30 minute slot and she was extremely impatient with my questions even though she was the one that was late.After a few attempts to make things work, I finally called it. She wasn't happy and told me I could go to a nicer place, pay more, and feel relaxed but that I wouldn't get the cut I wanted in the end (??? but at least I would have enjoyed the time!). I paid for the wash she'd already done and left.After having 2 kids, I was looking for a fresh start and a new look and I was eager to support a local hair artist. Not sure where next I'll go, but I know it won't be to Lily Do.

I go here for my beauty treatments. I would not recommend walk in. You should look up the service you want and schedule an appointment. The place is super clean and very convenient.
You can get a service then walk to a restaurant or movie theater. Awesome location.

I love NIBRAS @ Phoenix Salon. It took me 10 years to finally go to a salon because of my horrible experience with Regis. I saw Nibras a while ago for the 1st time and she walked me through my color selection and seem very knowledgeable. I showed her a reference photo and she nailed it for me. My hair is super thin and fine so I knew my hair wouldn't be exactly like the photo, since the picture showed very thick and full hair. However, the cut and color was great!... especially since I didn't want any bleaching. I booked a new appt and I'm excited to see that she does.

Seen by Stylist Mary Spence 1 hours after appointment. After asking for color I wanted, she put the color she wanted to. Detangled my hair after putting color, was so ruff she almost ripped my head off, told her I would do it but she insisted. Blow dried on extreme heat, evidently she wanted to get her last customer "me" out of her "hair" as quickly as possible, satisfied or not!! ....Im extremely disappointed ??
