The teachers have been incredible! Very engaging and seem to be genuinely happy to be at the school. My daughter is always so excited every morning to go to school too. That, as a working parent, means the world to me to know my child is somewhere where they are safe, loved, and having fun.

Primrose of North Richardson at Lookout has been a blessing both as a workplace and as a parent. As a teacher, I felt supported, respected, and proud to be part of a team that truly cares about child development. As a mom to an infant, I was at ease knowing my baby was in loving, capable hands. The staff is warm, the environment is safe and clean, and the communication is great. I highly recommend this school to both parents and educators!❤️

We have really loved our transition to primrose north Richardson! The teachers are all warm and friendly. You can tell that the learning environment is positive and that the staff is happy. The staff really pays attention to detail and my daughter has successfully potty trained without an accident in weeks!
The staff also takes care of small details that allows parents to place focus in other areas. We love it here!

I was so nervous for my little guy to start just because he’s my first baby, but it’s been such a joy having him in the care of such incredible teachers/staff at Primrose! He absolutely loves going to school each day and is enjoying his little routine. He’s so happy and loves his teachers, which makes this first time mama feel completely at ease. Can’t say enough positive things about our experience. He’s learning and developing so much, it’s incredible.

We adore Primrose at Lookout! The teachers and administrators are incredibly caring and always go above and beyond to provide the best for the kids and families. Our child has been at Primrose for over a year now; we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to enroll her here.From the initial tour and beyond, the school has been excellent with communication. They let us know what is going on - if there’s a medical concern, if our child is doing well, and if it’s a tough day. We love that they use the Procare app to send photos and updates multiple times per day.The school hosts fun events for holidays and events that benefit the community. They’ve created a fun environment for the kids and for families to connect as well. The facilities are clean and well maintained. We have such peace of mind sending our little one here - she absolutely loves the school and all of her teachers and so do we!

Our son has been attending this daycare since he’s been 3 months old. This is by far the best place around town. We have a sense of peace knowing that the staff are caring and present. The communication is fabulous and the app keeps us up to speed. The curriculum is very appropriate and our son shocks us regularly with the information he’s learning! 11/10.

Our son started here as a 4 month old infant and it has been excellent since day one. He LOVES going to school every day. All of his teachers and the admin staff have been amazing and we can tell they truly care about him and he gets lots of love and support.

Primrose is a fantastic childhood learning center and daycare establishment!! We were initially enrolled at another local daycare and moved to primrose as we were not receiving the support and care we expected. Primrose offers a safe, welcoming, inclusive and clean environment. The staff is exceptional, the director has been so incredible to partner with, the events to engage students are always exceeding expectations, and the environment is always pristine. 10/10 experience and highly recommended!

We love this school! This is one of the best Primrose schools in the nation. Our oldest son was a student in the first infant class at this Primrose when it opened. All of our relatives and friends compliment him on how well behaved and well mannered he is. We know that sending him to Primrose has had a significant impact on his growth and development. We now have two boy attending this Primrose and we couldn’t be happier. We know our sons are receiving a great education as well as loving care when they go to school. While Primrose is more expensive than many other preschools, I feel as if the price is worth the quality experience we have had with them.

Our son has been here since he was 7months old (he's 19 months now) and we absolutely love it. He's our first child and we were nervous about leaving him at daycare. Once he started going, I never worried about his safety, development, or the care he was receiving. Mrs. Shomaker in the Infant class is amazing and eased our worries. The Executive Director, Ms. Uvence, does an amazing job and It’s run like a very well-oiled machine. She goes above and beyond. The classrooms are always clean and organized. I’ve never seen anything that could be considered a hazard and our son has loved all of his teachers so far. There are 4 different playgrounds, a splash pad, music classes and more. We feel very lucky to have found this location. I called to the other Primrose locations near us (White Rock & Preston Hollow) and this was the nicest by far. Highly recommend!

I have 2 daughters that have been enrolled at this Primrose location for 3 months and it has been the BEST experience. My 10-month-old has the sweetest bond with her caregivers and always smiles when she sees them. They do an amazing job at communicating with us on a daily basis and sending photos throughout the week. My 5-year-old has learned more in these past 3 months than she has the past 3 years at her last daycare. We love all the events/dress-up days/etc that help make daycare fun for the kids, but also keeps the parents engaged. Would 10/10 recommend.

I have used this Primrose location for care for my daughter for nearly three years and I cannot speak more highly of this particular location and its administrators.Ms. Uvence and Ms. Lowrance are kind, professional and I’ve come to look forward to seeing their faces and catching up with them every so often.This location is always impeccably clean and clearly well run. My daughter has MANY food allergies and they were no only accommodating, there were exceedingly few incidents and when an incident did occur, Ms. Uvence took it incredibly seriously and made changes to their internal processes to keep my daughter and other children with food allergies even safer.I’ve been very impressed by their talent retention—for years I have been seeing the same faces which is a real testament to Primrose as an employer and Ms. Uvence as the director.In short, I highly recommend this Primrose location for your childcare. I trust them implicitly and it’s been a joy sending my child here.
