I got there right at the appointment time and doors were locked anyone else that has been through this situation that can refer to a better testing center sadly I didn't CK the reviews prior to making my appointment.

I think theyre a scam. Deliberately not letting in students/test takers and just ignoring them. Then calling the cops on them for trying not to be late or lose their money. Didn't answer their phones, just looked at the people trying to get in and called the cops.
