Stopped my auto draft, cut my lock on the DAY RENT WAS DUE. PLUS CHARGED LATE FEES WHEN PAID ON THE DATE AGREED ON ! No one @ this location and I have NO ELECTRICITY AND RATS NOW !Plus ☆ RATS are coming from the adjacent Unit !

Communicating with the property manager is very difficult . I have left voicemails and my calls don't get returned. My unit didn't come with a lock, I had to purchase one and was supposed to be refunded but I was not. Nothing about the process was seamless besides setting up the unit. Prayerfully I won't have to use the service again.

Absolutely terrible service. No where on public storage site or phone number automated service to cancel rental unit. Sat on hold for customer service for over an hour and no one answered. Cancelled my unit the 4th of October and still going to charge me for November? A whole month you aren't even providing me a service? No shot I will ever use this lame company again

This is the worst place ever. If you are new to using storage, please do NOT use this place. There is no one to help you, just a stupid automated person that never connects you to a real person. Customer service sucks and will give you the run around. No property manager and when you try to go to the kiosk and speak to a live agent, no one will pick up. Will never use this place again. Absolutely awful.
