Reniga has always been super helpful and friendly when l visited the location. She is exceptional!!! Her customer service has been wonderful the entire time of my rental that says a lot because I have had this storage for 5 years straight.Thanks !!!!

Worthless! I need a REAL person to which I can TALK TO regarding the unit I am renting. PLUS I had paid for a storage unit and moving company told me it was too small. So I had to get the larger unit and was told I would NOT be reimbursed for the unit I previously rented. So they gladly took payment for the larger unit and kept the money for the smaller unit. NOTE TO PEOPLE NEEDING A STORAGE UNIT - find someone other than Public Storage! Im not finished with them yet as they will hear from my attorney. They pocketed money from me AND THERE IS NO REFUND FOR A STORAGE I DID NOT USE?????

Went in to this location to help fix an issue my mother was having, Renita and Charity gave us amazing customer service. The problem was fixed with no hassle, from the moment we walked in both ladies helped us through every step needed.

Please beware the rental scam. I recently received a $30 increase on rent. I found out when the charges showed up on my bank statements. Public storage never sent a notice that the rent will increase. The contract mentions the rent can change and a 30 day notice may be sent. They really took the “may” literally. It is unprofessional and they put deals up to lure customers and then increase the rent for their benefit with lack of consideration to their customers.

I came into my storage unit to find that rats have been destroying my stored items. Don’t use this facility to store anything. Shame on Public Storage for allowing vermin to run free here!

The customer service at this location is beyond unacceptable. They misspelled my email, preventing me from making online payments. Since I don’t have time to go in person during business hours, I’ve now been hit with a late fee — through no fault of my own. I was promised a call back from the site manager twice, and I’m still waiting.
What’s even worse is that I’ve spoken to at least four different service reps to correct my email, and each time they either leave me on hold for several minutes or simply hang up on me. This is completely unprofessional.
To the manager at this location: Do your job! Follow up with your customers and address these issues. And while you’re at it, take care of the rat infestation problem — it’s unacceptable that customers have to deal with that as well.
