Rented a great space, in convenient and safe location in Richardson but the best part of the experience was the help and support we received from site manager Harrison. Harrison was kind, thoughtful, professional respectful knowledgeable, helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a successful move in of our belongings. He even made sure we had water to hydrate as the day was so hot and humid. Made us feel like valued and welcomed clients!
Thanks so much Public Storage and thank you for having such a great manager, Harrison! He made our move so easy and pleasant !!

Harrison is the best property manager I've ever encountered. Very helpful with all of my problems. Affordable storage place. Bring your own lock imo.

I’m very disappointed in Public Storage. I went to get my stuff out to move on May 1. So the manager Mr H said because I didn’t get it out on the 30th I will be charged $169 but my regular rent was $128! He said the following month he will give me a discount but I said to myself I’m moving out of the city as a matter of fact I told him. So I ended up leaving a couple of things so my friend could pick them up. I called customer service, they took it back down to $128 and she said I had until the 7th. I go in the app to pay it and they are charging me for late fees so it’s $160. The manager called I explained what I was told but they really don’t care! He said I can pay the $128 and he will see but he have no control which is a lie. I was willing to pay the $128 but I’m not going to pay any late charges. On the 1st I could have gotten everything out but he was being overly nice and I didn’t pay attention. It’s the principle of the thing, the lies and the deception. That’s why he offered to put a combination lock on so he can control. Well
I refuse to give away $128, you not get rid of the late charges and I still can’t get my things.****PLEASE PAY ATTENTION*****D0 NOT USE PUBLIC STORAGE! They are not about CUSTOMER SERVICE ** They are use deceptive practices ***

I just called the storage facility to get help with payment and reniga was so helpful. Answered all my questions with very detail answered and instructions.
