I've used storage facilities for business off and on for 20 years. Here are my thoughts on using this Public Storage location:
Security - as a woman I always felt 100% safe here, with the location being locked to outsiders, and elevators only available with an individual users code.
The storage space - well maintained and never a climate control issue, however the floor had a tendency to leave white chalky marks on anything placed on the floor. I recommend you bring your own shelving. I would have appreciated better lighting into the space, as the back of the 10x15 could be a little on the dim side.
Management - the manager, Andrew, was easy to communicate with and always polite. I deeply appreciated the no-hassle closing of my account with 7 days notice, no one trying to talk me out of moving, and a prompt email confirmation of closure.
Fees - I did not enjoy that my rate jumped twice within a year. This was my reason for leaving. To be fair, they did give 30 days notice before any rate hikes.
Moving carts - the oversize carts were great for moving a lot of inventory all at once, and within the year there was almost always a cart available for use.
Other customers - Because this location has a covered drive through area, other customers would sometimes block the drive by parking on either side of the drive through. Large moving vans would make this area hard to maneuver as well.

This was my first time renting a unit, and Natalie made it the best experience. She answered every question, assisted me and went above and beyond when she didn't have too. I'd definitely recommend this storage place, the staff is wonderful!
